Christian greetings in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What can I say regarding the news items in this issue? We live in dangerous times, you must study the links for yourself. The controversial claims made by respected names damn our alien-controlled media and politicians who debase currencies and pledge economies to international banksters who would master the universe; and they insinuate engineered pandemics and other conspiracies by our leaders who sacrifice their nations to the Moloch of Lucifer’s one world government already rejected by Jesus Christ, the God they claim to worship. As I write, our leaders are at the UN discussing global taxation. Obama said, “Its for the poor!” Jesus Christ, the God he claims to worship, said, “You will always have the poor with you.”

You help the poor not by giving them money but by teaching them how to earn money and become independent. For sixty years the UN has given away other people’s money to maintain the dependence of the poor. Nuclear energy was withheld from developing countries because it will provide cheap energy enabling the development of viable secondary industries and independent economies, while in the West, cheap coal-fired electricity generation is discouraged in order to destroy prosperity, and productive economies have been transferred to countries like China which is liable to economic destruction and revolution at the whim of the banksters. After world depopulation the ‘hidden hand’ of Lucifer and his children will make the billion survivors useful to the ruling class dependent serfs. Meanwhile they are training populations in dependence upon state and church welfare, drug addiction, redress for imagined “rights” of one kind or another, even feigned “offence” on grounds of race, gender, and false history for which truth is no defense.

Our leading citizens demean themselves groveling for approval from the children of Darkness, and as king Canute’s courtiers flattered him into believing that his word was so powerful that even the tide would recede at his command, the Australian government with similar hubris, has appointed a “climate change” minister to charge for the air we breathe under cap-and-trade scams devised in conjunction with the “climate change” fraud. “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against His anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He who sits in heaven shall laugh: the Lord will have them in derision. Then He will speak to them in His wrath, and vex them in His displeasure”.

Bankster “Holiday” Planned for September?
June 22, 2009 – Bob Chapman’s influential International Forecaster is reporting on the possibility of a so-called “bank holiday” planned for late August or early September. According to Chapman’s sources, US embassies around the world are selling dollars and stockpiling money from respective countries where they operate.

“Some US embassies worldwide are being advised to purchase massive amounts of local currencies,” writes Harry Schultz, “enough to last them a year.” Schultz publishes the Harry Schultz Letter, an international investment, financial, economic, and geopolitical newsletter named as “Newsletter of the Year” by Peter Brimelow of Market Watch in 2005 and 2008.

What actually happened in the Iranian Presidential Election?
June 22, 2009 – There were a total of 45,713 ballot boxes that were set up in cities, towns and villages across Iran. With 39.2 million ballots cast, there were less than 860 ballots per box. Unlike other countries where voters can cast their ballots on several candidates and issues in a single election, Iranian voters had only one choice to consider: their presidential candidate. Why would it take more than an hour or two to count 860 ballots per poll? After the count, the results were then reported electronically to the Ministry of the Interior in Tehran.

Mousavi directed the bloody attacks on the US embassy and Marine Corps barracks in Beirut that blew 241 US Marines, Sailors, and Army troops to pieces in 1983. (I knew one of them). Mousavi was also “fingered for the 1988 truck bombing of the US Navy’s Fleet Center in Naples, Italy, that killed five persons, including the first Navy woman to die in a terrorist attack”. Comment: So much for glib-tongued Prime Minister Rudd and illegal President Barak whatsisname. Death is riding his pale horse as public broadcasting systems and politicians in obeisance to ‘the City of London’ have lied to “we the people.” It is telling that protesters in Iran always seem to have English placards to hand, as if they want to be seen by those outside rather than by their own people.

American Airlines exposes Bush’s Big Lie: Flight 11 DID NOT FLY on 9/11!
June 22, 2009 – American Airlines itself is the source for information that AA Flights 11 (North Tower) and 77 (Pentagon) did not fly on 9/11. These flights are critical to the government’s crumbling cover-up! Without those flights, Bush and his murderous co-conspirators will have to revise the big lie. They will have to concoct yet another cover story from the ground up! A cover-up is on the brink of collapse when those guilty of capital crimes and high treason either turn on one another or are forced to revise the lie!

If neither flight was in the air as American Airlines itself has so stated, then numerous ‘official versions’ of the ‘official conspiracy theory’ are all a pack of malicious lies. That includes almost every statement made by Bush. It is, in my opinion, probable cause to indict Bush and his co-conspirators for the crimes of mass murder and high treason.

WikiScanner discovered that American Airlines changed their Wikipedia entry to state that Flights 11 and 77 never flew on 9/11. Original entry was:

Discussion of Holocaust to be Banned?
June 22, 2009 – The recent tragic death of a security guard at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, allegedly killed by an individual said to be a “Holocaust denier” is now being touted as a reason to institute laws in the US similar to those laws outlawing so-called “Holocaust denial” in force in 14 countries, mostly in Western Europe.

However, long-standing evidence suggests that those who advocate such measures in the United States do not intend to directly confront the issue of “Holocaust denial” in pushing such legislation. Rather, they intend to deal with the issue through an insidious tactical “back door” approach. The scheme has been in the works for a long time and is not to be confused with the long-standing drive (once again before Congress) to set up a federal “hate crimes” bureaucracy. . .

The ADL’s plan is to outlaw what it called “group defamation” that could be considered hurtful against certain specifically identifiable groups of people and thus potentially spark violence against them. Taliban Defectors: US, Israel funding Militants
June 19, 2009 – Two militant leaders who defected from a notorious Taliban chief in Pakistan have revealed that their comrade was pursuing a US-Israeli agenda across the country. A prominent militant leader, Turkistan Bittani, who broke away from Baitullah Mehsud, called him “an American agent”.

Mehsud, a warlord in his late 30s, has claimed responsibility for dozens of devastating string attacks on both civilians and security forces throughout the feared region. Baetani emphasized that Mehsud was being funded by US and Israeli intelligence services for brainwashing innocent youths. The insurgents’ chief has recruited several teenagers who have carried out dozens of suicide attacks on Pakistani mosques and educational institutes over some past months. Baetani also noted that al-Qaeda and Taliban leadership was never targeted in the dozens of US drone strikes in the country’s troubled north-west region.

Another defector, Qari Zainuddin, said that Mehsud had established strong links with Israeli intelligence services which were destabilizing the nuclear armed country. “These people (Mehsud and his men) are working against Islam.”

Qari Zainuddin was assassinated on Tuesday and at least 45 people have died in a missile strike by a US drone aircraft. Those killed in South Waziristan had been attending a funeral for others killed in a US drone strike earlier on Tuesday.

Predestinated unto the Adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to Himself – Part IV

I John 1:7, “If we walk in the Light, as He is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin”.

The essential message of this verse generally flies over our heads until it is paraphrased: “Unless our life is a written epistle of the present Truth, we cannot share true Christian fellowship with the saints of the present dispensation, neither come under the blood or be born-again, which is to be placed or “adopted” into the Body of Christ, and will remain in our sin of unbelief in the revealed Word for the hour”.

The admonition repeated at the conclusion of the Message to each Church Age: “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches,” leads you to understand I John 1:7 is emphasizing the importance of “rightly dividing the Word of Truth” to recognize your day and it’s Message to ensure you are walking in the Light God has sent for you rather than sincerely impersonating the Word sent for the saints of a day gone by. The Word of God is not static as many imagine, but living, dynamic, prophecy. In each Age the Spirit was speaking to “whomsoever will [listen]”; His Message was unique to the Age He was addressing but with twofold intent. To the elect and Word-born Bride It brought eternal Life and peace; to the churches of the non-elect who were dilatory and slothful, or did not encounter the Spirit with the letter it brought tribulation, and to the churches of sinners who dismissed the Message it brought death.

The new birth comes to those whose lives become written epistles of the Word for their Age by receiving a clear revelation of what the Spirit has said through the ministry of the “angel” or major apostle sent to that Age. We receive the Spirit as we receive the angel’s Message and prove the revelation in our own Bibles, because the inspired Word is Spirit in a form we can receive by faith.

As we move in Christian circles we meet many Anglicans, Presbyterians and Lutherans whose lives are written epistles of the “angel” Martin Luther’s Message; we meet many Baptists and Methodists whose lives are written epistles of the “angel” John Wesley’s Message, and Pentecostals whose lives are written epistles of the “letter” of Brother Branham’s Message. This is praiseworthy as far as they have believed, but the measure of Spirit associated with their faith is insufficient to produce the new birth in this day and they are restricted to walking in the glare of a day gone because that is what their church organizations believe and teach.

Luther, Wesley and the Pentecostals did run well in their day; back then their Messages produced many saints, but those dispensations have passed into history. Luther’s Sardis Church Age came out of the Dark Ages and began the reformation of the Roman Catholic system of false worship (Revelation 3:1-6; 14:6-7). The elect of his day received the revelation of Justification by grace through faith and when they offered It back to God Christ received that PART of the Word and interceded for their ignorance of the fullness. But when the last saint predestinated to the Sardis Age was born-again in 1750, that part of the Body was complete and God revealed another precept, another line to the angel of the Philadelphian Church Age, thereafter the measure of Spirit in Luther’s Message would no longer deliver the new birth.

Through John Wesley God added to Luther’s Justification the revelation of sanctification by the blood. As the natural blood stream maintains your health and vigor by cleansing you of impurities, the Spirit-revealed Word separates the profane from that which is pure to setting the mind of your mortal spirit in order for holiness, and that brings your body subject to the Word (Revelation 3:7-13; 14:8). This is a further step in the Light for individual Christians, and for the Body it marked a further stage in the reformation of the Roman Catholic system of false worship introduced at the First Nicea Council.

The Philadelphian Church Age ended in 1906, thereafter no matter how holy future generations of Wesleyans might live, Wesley’s Message could not place an additional saint in the Body of Christ, for once their part of the Body was complete God added another line, a further measure of faith to build the Laodicean division of the Body. In Laodicea He added to Luther’s Message of Justification and Wesley’s Message of Sanctification the revelation “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” This restored the gifts of the Spirit to the Body, but since the Bible was still sealed with Seven Seals the saints had only PART-Word, Christ received the revelation of the hour and placed the ignorance of the Pentecostal saints under the Blood.

The Laodicean Church Age completed the reformation of the Roman Catholic system of false worship, however Christendom refused to keep on walking in the Light and the seventh Church Age ended in apostasy in 1963 (Revelation 3:14-22; 14:9-13). Christ’s Mediation in the Office of Son of God was fulfilled and the Mercy Seat having became a Judgment Seat, the bleeding bloody Lamb advanced from the Outer Court where His body had lain as a sacrifice on the brazen altar to the Holy of Holies, where as Lion of the Tribe of Judah He claimed the Title Deed to the Kingdom He had redeemed, tore open the Seals and descended to earth in the Office of Son of man, placing judgment on the Roman beast from the sea, and on the United States beast from the earth.

After the close of Laodicea the Lord revealed the mystery of the Seven Seals through William Branham, the “angel” to the Seventh Church Age, the prophet-messenger of Malachi 4:5-6 and Revelation 10:7, whose ministry restores the hearts of the children to the faith of their apostolic fathers and reveals the mysteries of the Seven Thunders in Revelation 10 which are the revelations contained in the Seven Seals. It is these Divinely revealed ‘mystery-truths’ that literally turn the hearts of the children to their Pentecostal fathers.

There was a measure of Spirit-quickened Word allotted to each Church Age. It was delivered by God’s “angel” or messenger to the Age for the elect of that Age, and although others may hear it with interest or disinterest, only those called and chosen by God’s foreknowledge from the foundation of the world are ordained to receive and be regenerated by the Message to their Age and reflect the nature of Christ’s character predominant in that part of the Body.

If you were predestinated to the Laodicean part of the Body, you have been blessed by Luther’s Message, and Wesley’s Message, and you must receive those revelations, but they do not possess sufficient Spirit to quicken a Pentecostal saint to the new birth. And if you are a Pentecostal saint you were baptized into the Laodicean part of the Body prior to the opening of the Seals and are not ordained to fully enter into the revelation for Christ’s end-time Bride. The Pentecostal Message has blessed many in Christ’s end-time Bride, but only the end time Message can place us into the Capstone of the Body in this holy convocation of the antitype of the fiftieth day of Israel’s Pentecostal feast, which is the dispensation of our jubilee and “full adoption”.

So there is a Word for an Age, a measure of Spirit ordained to quicken that Word, and a finite number of elect souls predestinated to receive the Word for their dispensation. Thus the Body of our Lord is built by nine different baptisms of the Holy Spirit, each representing a different virtue of the character of our Lord.

The Holy Spirit in the Mediatorial Office of Son of God was the Messenger to Pentecost; the revelation of the Seven Seals brought Him back to earth in the Prophetic Office of Son of man as the unseen Messenger to the Capstone Age. He is Alpha and Omega, the Word at the beginning and the Word restored at the end: He is not the PART-Word in between. He ordained seven “angels” to the Church Ages, writing each a letter encrypted in Old Testament symbols which He revealed to each man in his dispensation. It is the revelation of the letter inspired to the angel by Jesus Christ that baptizes the elect of his Church Age into the Body and condemns those who reject it. Throughout the Gentile dispensation eternal Life has only ever been available through the revelation of the Message of the angel to that Age. Portrayed in this present day in the Office of Son of man dressed as a Judge (John 5:27), Jesus said, “the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand . . . the seven stars are the angels to the seven Church Ages.” These men are worthy, no one can pluck them from His right hand, the symbol of His authority and power delegated to His adopted or placed leaders whose word He will honour as His own. It is not you or I who were in the right hand of the Lord, but Paul, Irenaeus, Martin, Columba, Martin Luther, John Wesley, and William Branham. Christianity is not a do-it-yourself religion. God does not care for your human reasoning trying to out-guess His ordained Messengers; God is sovereign and we either follow the man He has sent and inspired with the Word for our Age, or we will not be absent on that day.

Now you see why no one can be born-again under denominational teaching in this day. No matter how dearly you love the Lord, speak with other tongues, understand all mysteries, have faith to move mountains or give your body to be burned, unless you are born-again you are no more than “a sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal,” and only the Word for your day can bring you to new Life in Christ. As Paul explains in I Corinthians 12 and 13, “by one Spirit we are all baptized into one Body [but that Body] has many members”; there are the Pentecostal saints, the members from the Ephesian Church Age, saints from the Smyrnean Church Age, and so-on.

So-called Jews, British Israelite and Christian Identity sects will disagree, but unlike the family of the first Adam, the Family of the last Adam is not born by sex but by faith in the Spoken Word, hence the Gospel is to “whomsoever in Adam’s race will receive It.” The Word God spoke for the feet or Pentecostal saints ceased to create when the feet were completed as there were only two of them, and each foot had only five toes. Were He to say “Let there be feet” when He was building legs that word would fail, because the feet are already complete, and were He to say in the leg age “let there be a head,” He would be speaking that word in vain, for the head cannot be created until the body is complete. Consequently if we are crying for new birth by the faith of Lutherans, Presbyterians and Anglicans; Methodists, Baptists, or even Pentecostals, our prayers will not be answered until we step into the Light of the present Truth—what Jesus is doing now.

What would Moses have accomplished had he told the Israelites, “We’re going to build a big boat and float down the Nile?” It worked for Noah but it would not have worked for Moses to whom God revealed a different portion of Word for a different purpose. What if on the day of Pentecost Peter preached, “This is the second exodus. God is calling the Church out of Israel as He called Israel out of Egypt: we’re going to march through the desert to Christ and the millennium. It worked for Moses, but it would work for Peter! Noah, Moses and Peter lived in different dispensations in which God was fulfilling different parts of His plan of redemption; the elect in each of those times had to recognize their day and it’s Message. God can only adopt or place His elect in their preordained position in His Word. He is a sovereign God; we must discern and submit to His will, not try to bend Him to our interpretation of His Word.

The Message of the seventh Angel expounded the Spiritual (Word) boundaries that determined the position of the saints predestinated to each of the seven Church Ages just as Joshua placed the Israelite tribes in their inheritance defined by certain landmarks. Now that the revelation of the Seven Seals has finished the mystery of God and restored the apostolic faith, Christ’s end-time Bride has the certainty of THUS SAITH THE LORD by a vindicated covenant prophet as to precisely where the saints of each New Testament dispensation are placed in the Scripture of Truth, in time and in history. Since you know these things you will not fall into the folly of ignorantly impersonating the Word of dispensations past, for the Message has provided a clear Scriptural vision of “things which are to come” (John 16:13), showing which Scriptures you will fulfill as His end-time Bride who must live and speak by revelation—THUS SAITH THE LORD—not theological guesswork, for she is a WORD Bride with the mind of God to exercise the ‘third pull’ in the Name of God.

The Law given to Israel through Moses brought the nation from the unconditional grace of God’s Covenant with Abraham to condemnation, sin and death. This will seem confusing if you are looking at the map of the exodus in your Bible which shows mount Sinai in Egypt but when you consider the true location of mount Sinai according to Galatians 4:25 (Exodus 2:15; 3:12; Isaiah 11:11, 15-16), which is in Saudi Arabia on the eastern shore of the Gulf of Aqaba as shown on this map you will understand how Israel tried the longsuffering of the Lord with their murmuring and unbelief at Marah, for bread and meat, at Rephidim, at Meribah and even at the Red Sea, before the giving of the Law.

Mount Sinai types the Breach between the Church Ages of PART-Word and mediation and the fullness of the Word. Here the denominations passed from Abraham’s unconditional grace Covenant to condemnation and judgment, while Brother Branham stood in the breach to receive—”that which is perfect”—Christ, the fullness of the Word that He might incarnate His end-time Bride and form the Capstone of the Pyramid of His mystic Body.

Since 1963, the revelation of the Seven Seals has indicted the world church system and is calling the wise and foolish virgin out from Rome and her (once) Protestant daughter churches into the unity of the faith for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the translation. Matthew 24:21-22, “Unless the days of tribulation were shortened [by the revelation of the Seals], there would be no flesh saved [for the translation of “we who are alive and remain”]: but for the elect’s sake those days have been shortened” by the “shout” of Brother Branham’s Message revealing the Seals and calling us out of Babylon to be filled with the Spirit, and “the Voice of Christ, the Archangel,” whispering His secrets in our heart, “making our calling and election sure” by placing the Message from Genesis to Revelation. Very soon, the “Trump,” will call the resurrection of the sleeping saints for the manifestation of the Sons of God and their “full adoption”. nl587.htm

The main article in this issue was written by Richard Rozoff, a frequent contributor to Global Research. Students of Brother Branham’s Message will recognise in the facts of his report how the United States is the image of Imperial Rome, restoring her brutal un-Holy Roman Empire. It illustrates “old” Rome’s intent to subordinate Russia and crush Eastern Orthodox “new Rome,” and notes the service of George II toward returning global dominion to a revived Holy Roman Empire “whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet” as foreseen by Daniel, Jesus Messiah, and Brother Branham. Some of Rizoff’s articles on the political aspects of this unfolding prophecy, aimed at halting the advance of the NATO legions, may be found at globalresearch.ca.

This article is important because it unintentionally records end-time Bible prophecy coming to pass in real time today, and shows the utter corruption of the United States, the Black Nobility, City of London and the apostate church whence Christ has called out the wise and foolish virgin, for “the wickedness of man is great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart is only evil continually . . . and the earth is filled with violence” as Jesus prophesied (Matthew 24:37; Genesis 6:5, 11). The Hegelian subterfuge offered mankind is the choice between a corrupt United Nations and a devious NATO: Communism contending with Rome and the Black Nobility for totalitarian global hegemony.

Human lives mean nothing to the bloody-minded ruthless contenders of the apostatised West who are attempting to force the bankster-controlled Hegelian two party sham democratic system upon the world at the point of a gun. Rozoff’s report in a previous article, shows the “king of the North” (whom God has raised up to destroy the false church) is building a more rational, principled alliance in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization than NATO. Brazil, Russia, China, and India—the world’s fastest and most consistently growing economies, also possess the largest foreign currency and gold reserves.

Contributor Brother Adrian Salbuchi wrote, “If the New World Order’s use of the George W. Criminal Complaint filed in Austria against Baxter Lab for Genocide

US Navy prepares to intercept North Korean Ship
June 19, 2009 – Tension was growing in the Pacific today as the US navy prepared to intercept a North Korean cargo ship suspected of carrying weapons in defiance of a United Nations ban. The US navy has been tracking the Kang Nam since its left a North Korean port on Wednesday. It would be the first ship to be intercepted since the UN last week imposed sanctions on North Korea as punishment for conducting an underground nuclear test last month. The sanctions ban the import and export of nuclear material, missiles and all other weapons other than small arms. . .

Reflecting heightened tension, the US today began moving radar systems and ground-to-air missiles to Hawaii. The Pentagon said it fears that Pyongyang could test-fire an intercontinental missile in the direction of Hawaii over the next few weeks in retaliation for the UN sanctions. . . Is US responsible for 9/11 Atrocity?
April 15, 2009 – Thanks to the recently published research of Professor Niels Harrit (Department of Chemistry, University of Copenhagen, Denmark) and an international team of scientists, we finally have a good idea of “what” was the cause of the WTC collapse at 9/11—an estimated 10-100 tonnes of nano-thermite (super thermite), an explosive involving aluminium (Al) and iron oxide (Fe2O3) embedded in a silicon oxide matrix applied to an iron oxide-rich substrate.

The “how” of this discovery lies in the scientists’ finding in the WTC dust of the “smoking gun” (iron spherule products from the exothermic thermite reaction of aluminium (Al) with iron oxide (Fe2O3) and the “loaded gun” (unexploded nano-thermite particles in all 4 samples of WTC dust examined with composition and explosive properties essentially the same as that of commercial and military super-thermite explosive). . .

As to “who” did 9/11, at the “business end” of the operation they were clearly people who had unimpeded access to introduce 10-100 tonnes of nano-thermite (super-thermite) into the North Tower, the South Tower and the WTC7 building of the World Trade Center (WTC) complex i.e. US officials or US surrogates (e.g. Israelis) with official government or corporate security clearance. . .

If Obama opts for continuing the Bush “cover-up” of nano-thermite demolition of the WTC (almost certainly an American government attack on US citizens) then he will become an “accessory after the fact” of the 9/11 atrocity.

This is the conclusion of Professor Niels Harrit in the Danish TV2 interview when asked about “9/11 conspiracy theories”: “I think there is only one conspiracy theory worth mentioning, the one involving 19 hijackers. I think viewers should ask themselves what evidence they have seen to support the official conspiracy theory. If anyone has seen evidence, I would like to hear about it. Iranian Leaders accuse Britain of Stoking Protests

West Plots to Supplant United Nations with Global NATO

May 27, 2009 –Ten years ago it first became evident to the world that moves were afoot in major Western capitals to circumvent, subvert and ultimately supplant the United Nations, as the UN could not always be counted on to act in strict accordance with the dictates of the United States and its NATO allies.

At that time in 1999 the NATO alliance was waging what would become a 78-day bombing war against Yugoslavia in flagrant contravention of the United Nations and of international law in general.

As two of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council—the five permanent members being the main victorious World War II allies, with the People’s Republic of China having replaced the Republic of China (Taiwan) in 1971 and with Russia as the successor state to the Soviet Union—exactly China and Russia, not being NATO members states, opposed that war and in several other instances the use of sanctions and military force against nations targeted by the West.

The first indication that the United Nations was marked for marginalization, selective application (and exploitation) or even de facto dissolution, however, occurred three years earlier in 1996 when the United States single-handedly browbeat the other fourteen then members of the Security Council to depose Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali and replace him with Kofi Annan, who the preceding year had been appointed UN special envoy to NATO and authorized the NATO bombing in Bosnia behind the back of Boutros-Ghali.

Boutros-Ghali was deprived of the traditional second term for not authorizing NATO’s bombing of Bosnian Serb targets in 1995 and for speaking the truth about the deadly Israeli bombing of a refugee camp in Qana, Lebanon in the following year when 106 civilians were killed and 116 injured.

As former Clinton and Bush administrations’ National Security Council counter-terrorism adviser Richard Clarke acknowledged:

“[Madeleine] Albright and I and a handful of others (Michael Sheehan, Jamie Rubin) had entered into a pact together in 1996 to oust Boutros-Ghali as Secretary General of the United Nations, a secret plan we had called Operation Orient Express, reflecting our hope that many nations would join us in doing-in the UN head.

“In the end, the US had to do it alone (with its UN veto) and Sheehan and I had to prevent the President from giving in to pressure from world leaders and extending Boutros-Ghali’s tenure, often by our racing to the Oval Office when we were alerted that a head of state was telephoning the President. In the end Clinton was impressed that we had managed not only to oust Boutros-Ghali but to have Kofi Annan selected to replace him.” [1]

By 1999, however, even having a UN secretary general handpicked and forced upon the world by Bill Clinton and Madeleine Albright wasn’t sufficient to meet NATO’s requirements as it finalized plans for its first war, the Operation Allied Force aerial assault against Yugoslavia.

The US and its Alliance allies could not be assured of gaining a majority of votes in the 15-member Security Council to authorize the war and even if successful in that regard could not be certain that Russia, China or both would not veto the resolution.

So the United Nations, whose procedures and requirements for 54 years had been observed even in the breach, was now disregarded, downgraded and severely if not mortally wounded, not yet having recuperated from the blow of ten years ago.

American and NATO subordinate Annan officiated over the debasement and humiliation of the organization he headed and never once criticized NATO’s waging war without a United Nations mandate and in open defiance of the institution.

Guarantor of Peace Versus World’s only Military Alliance

The Preamble to the Charter of the United Nations identifies the purpose of the UN’s founding in 1945 as being “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind” and “to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest.” [2]

To accentuate and complete the message that NATO had launched its post-Cold War transformation from Euro-Atlantic military bloc to self-designated and sole international arbiter of conflicts within and between nations and of the authorization of extraterritorial military force, with the concomitant usurpation of the role of the United Nations, on April 23-24 NATO held its 50th anniversary jubilee summit in Washington D.C.

Unveiling what it called its new Strategic Concept, the summit also issued a Washington Declaration which inter alia stated “We are charting NATO’s course as we enter the 21st century” and “We pledge to improve our defence capabilities to fulfill the full range of the Alliance’s 2lst century missions.” [3]

Video clips and photographs of the summit at the time revealed what 21st Century NATO was intended to become: With the US’s Bill Clinton and Britain’s Tony Blair at the center of other world leaders, the flags of nearly fifty nations—nineteen full NATO member states, 25 Partnership for Peace affiliates and others—decked the auditorium. As did the NATO flag, a facsimile of a compass with its four arms pointed to north, south, east and west. The message could not have been more clear, more irrefutable: A new world organization, an expanded version of a Western military bloc, was replacing that which had emerged from the smoldering ruins of a war that had cost over fifty million human lives.

NATO lost no time and spared no effort in implementing its plans for the new millennium. In addition to its military deployment in Bosnia the bloc continued its occupation of the Serbian province of Kosovo.

In 2001 it inaugurated a military deployment in Macedonia, Operation Allied Harmony, after armed invasions of the nation by an extremist offshoot of the NATO-allied Kosovo Liberation Army based in Kosovo, and later in the year it participated in the American invasion and occupation of Afghanistan where NATO continues its first ground war almost eight years later.

It insinuated itself into the Darfur region of western Sudan in 2005 and thus was simultaneously engaged in operations in three continents in that year.

Or as then State Department Deputy Assistant for European Affairs and later US ambassador to NATO Kurt Volker said of 2005, NATO was “engaged in eight simultaneous operations on four continents.” [4]

In the last five years of the 20th Century and the first five of the 21st NATO had evolved from a regional alliance based in Western Europe to a global force contending with the United Nations for the number and geographical range of the missions it was conducting.

That expansion in both extent and essence was not limited to frequently overshadowing and nullifying the role of the UN, but has also been a component in undoing the entire post-World War II order of which the UN was the cornerstone.

Results of World War II Undone: Inauguration of Post-Post-Yalta World

In early May of 2005 US President George W. Bush paid what the State Department must have intended as a “freedom crusade” tour to the capitals of two former Soviet republics, Latvia and Georgia.

The choices were deliberately selected to antagonize Russia, which has borders with both, as Latvia has disenfranchised millions of the minority residents of the country who are 40% of the total, especially ethnic Russians and other Slavs (Europe’s only “non-citizens”), and has permitted the rehabilitation of Nazi Waffen SS veterans as “defenders of the nation,” and Georgia has been a thorn in Russia’s side since its formerly US-based head of state Mikhail Saakashvili came to power on the back of the “rose revolution” of late 2003 with the assistance of US governmental and non-governmental funds and direction. That antagonism reached a breaking point last August with the five-day war between Georgia and Russia.

Bush overtly baited Russia in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi with comments like “Before there was a purple revolution in Iraq or an orange revolution in Ukraine or a cedar revolution in Lebanon, there was a rose revolution,” [5] “In recent months, the world has marveled at the hopeful changes taking place from Baghdad to Beirut to Bishkek [Kyrgyzstan],” [6] and that thanks to Georgia, “freedom is advancing to the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and around the world,” [7] as an image of his face was projected onto a giant screen in the background.

Earlier in the Latvian capital of Riga, Bush delivered a blunt and unprecedented attack on the Yalta Conference of 1945 and its aftermath. The historical meeting of Britain’s Winston Churchill, the US’s Franklin Roosevelt and the Soviet Union’s Josef Stalin in February of that year was denounced by Bush with such characterizations of the summit as constituting one of “the injustices of our history,” which “followed in the unjust tradition of Munich and the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact,” and that “the legacy of Yalta was finally buried, once and for all” in 1991. [8]

This animus against the post-World War II system that evolved out of the Yalta and later Potsdam conferences remained a recurring motif for Bush, who in his last appearance as US president at a NATO summit in Bucharest, Romania in 2008 denounced “the bitter legacy of Yalta” and to demonstrate what the post-post-Yalta era was intended to be, added, “I spoke those words on the soil of a nation on the Baltic. Today, on the soil of a Black Sea nation, I have come to see those words fulfilled. The NATO alliance that meets here this week now stretches from the shores of Klaipeda [Lithuania] to the beaches of Neptun [Romania].

“[O]ur Alliance must also decide how to respond to requests by Georgia and Ukraine to participate in NATO’s Membership Action Plan. These two nations inspired the world with their Rose and Orange revolutions. . .

“As NATO allies fight. . . in Iraq and Afghanistan, our Alliance is taking on other important missions across the world. In the Mediterranean, NATO forces are patrolling the high seas. . . as part of Operation Active Endeavor. In Kosovo, NATO forces are providing security and helping a new democracy take root in the Balkans. . . NATO is no longer a static alliance. . . It is now an expeditionary alliance that is sending its forces across the world. . .” [9]

To understand the nature of this abiding, visceral, monomaniacal hostility toward what with a comparable degree of venom Zbigniew Brzezinski for years has contemptuously derided as the post-Yalta world, excerpts from a column by Indian journalist Siddharth Varadarajan immediately after Bush’s Riga speech of 2005 are quoted below.

“[Bush’s] attack on Yalta shows the U.S. is not interested in cooperative security.

“Historians of the Cold War will not have missed the significance of President George W. Bush choosing Riga as the venue for his speech on Saturday repudiating the 1945 Yalta Agreement.

“[W]hen Mr. Bush said in Riga that Yalta was ‘one of the greatest wrongs of history’ because it traded the freedom of small nations for the goal of stability in Europe, he was not merely echoing Cold War dogma. He was also sending out a message to the world—and particularly to Great Powers like Russia and China—that the era of collective security established at Yalta and later, at the United Nations, is decisively over. And that if the restraints placed by this system ever come in the way of U.S. national interests, they will be brushed aside.” [10]

Varadarajan included in his piece this quote from President Franklin Roosevelt on March 1, 1945 on the meaning of Yalta as it was understood at the time:

“The Crimea Conference was a successful effort by the three leading Nations to find a common ground for peace. It ought to spell the end of the system of unilateral action, the exclusive alliances, the spheres of influence, the balances of power, and all the other expedients that have been tried for centuries—and have always failed. We propose to substitute for all these, a universal organisation in which all peace-loving nations will finally have a choice to join.” [11]

The universal organization Roosevelt referred to only 42 days before his death was the United Nations, which would come into existence formally on October 24, 1945.

On the very day that Bush traduced Yalta and its legacy in Latvia, his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin said on the same topic, “I am deeply convinced that the essence of the 1945 Yalta accords was as follows: The anti-Hitler coalition’s leaders strove to build a new international system that would prevent the revival of nazism, and that would shield the world from destructive global conflicts,” explicitly mentioning the United Nations Organization and its Charter. [12]

Bush’s statement in Riga, “the significance of the venue” having been pointed out above, was calculatingly delivered in the capital of a country that has witnessed a disturbing revival of Nazi revisionism, apologetics, nostalgia and rehabilitation in recent years. Animosity toward the Yalta principles, including their most enduring institutional embodiment, the United Nations, means preferring in some manner what preceded the Yalta conference to what came after it. That either means the state of affairs in Europe before World War II or—that during the war years of 1939-1945.

Von Sponeck’s Warning: Subverting the United Nations from Within

This past February Hans von Sponeck, former UN Assistant Secretary General and UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Iraq, wrote a probing indictment called The United Nations and NATO for a Swiss Journal.

It it he warned that “The world of the 192 UN member states has come to a fork in the road. One way leads to a world focused on the well-being of society, conflict resolution and peace, i.e. to a life of dignity and human security with social and economic progress for all, wherever they may be as stated in the United Nations Charter. Down the other road is where the nineteenth century ‘Great Game’ for power will be further played out, a course which, in the twenty-first century, will become more extensive and dangerously more aggressive than ever.

“This road supposedly leads to democracy, but in truth it is all about power, control and exploitation.” [13]

Contrasting explicitly what the above excerpt had done tacitly, he remarked of his former employer and its would-be replacement:

“A comparison of the mandates of the United Nations and of NATO shows clearly how opposed the purposes of these two institutions are. In the 63 years of its existence, the United Nations mandate has remained the same.

“The United Nations was created to promote and maintain worldwide peace. NATO exists to assure the self-interest of a group of 26 UN member countries.” [14]

In a section of his article titled “21st century NATO incompatible with UN Charter,” von Sponeck added, “In 1999, NATO acknowledged that it was seeking to orient itself according to a new fundamental strategic concept. From a narrow military defense alliance it was to become a broad based alliance for the protection of the vital resources” needs of its members. Besides the defense of member states’ borders, it set itself new purposes such as assured access to energy sources and the right to intervene in ‘movements of large numbers of persons’ and in conflicts far from the boarders of NATO countries. The readiness of the new alliance to include other countries, particularly those that had previously been part of the Soviet Union, shows how the character of this military alliance has altered.”

“[T]he United Nations monopoly of the use of force, especially as specified in Article 51 of the Charter, was no longer accepted according to the 1999 NATO doctrine.

“NATO’s territorial scope, until then limited to the Euro-Atlantic region, was expanded by its members to encompass the whole world in keeping with a strategic context that was global in its sweep.” [15]

In a following section named “UN-NATO-accord: incompatible with UN Charter,” he exposed a clandestine accord signed between the secretaries general of NATO and the United Nations, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and Ban Ki-moon, respectively, on September 23, 2008, which “took place without any reference to the United Nations Security Council.

“In the generally accepted agreement of stated purposes, one reads of a ‘broader council’ and ‘operative cooperation, for example in ‘peace keeping in the Balkans and in Afghanistan. Both secretaries general committed themselves to acting in common to meet threats and challenges.

“The UN/NATO accord is anything but neutral and will thus not remain without serious consequences.” [16]

Shortly after the unauthorized pact signed behind the backs of the UN Security Council, in addition to the General Assembly, by NATO chief Scheffer and Ban, who has proven to be as obsequious toward and obedient to the interests of the West as his predecessor had been, the Russian press reported:

“Russia’s representative to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, said that in the document there is not a single word on the UN’s leading role in ensuring stability in the world.

“NATO and the United Nations have signed a new cooperation accord on prerogatives for UN member states—but have angered Russia by not telling them about it in advance.” [17]

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was similarly caught off-guard and indignant alike, stating “We knew that the UN and NATO secretariats were drawing up an agreement. And we assumed that before the signing, its draft should be shown to the member states. But it never happened,” accusing Scheffer and Ban of operating secretly and in violation of UN norms.

“The Russian minister said that he discussed the problem with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. ‘I did not hear any reasonable explanations. It surprised me,’ said Lavrov. . . ‘We asked the leadership of the two secretariats what it might mean. We’re awaiting answers.'” [18]

Another Russian report added, “Russia has recently vented its displeasure over what it called the ‘furtive signature’ of a cooperation agreement between the secretariats of the United Nations and NATO, which took place late last month. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov complained that this country, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, was not even consulted on the matter.

“Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said recently that Moscow and other UN members had not been consulted on the essence of the UN-NATO cooperation agreement, although, he said, the document contained clauses that concern the prerogatives of UN member states.” [19]

A third source referred to Russian Foreign Minister spokesman Andrei Nesterenko who, in stressing that the surreptitious pact was “riding roughshod over Moscow’s interests,” affirmed that “a big question mark currently hangs over the professional skills of some UN officials, who try to involve the UN Secretary-General in covert activities.” [20]

An Azerbaijani news source added, “If the agreement, signed in September, is only confirming the status quo, it can be surprising why the information about it was not published on the NATO website, which even has a special section called ‘NATO’s relations with the United Nations.’ This fact perpetuates Russia’s perception of NATO as a hostile bloc.” [21]

In a news dispatch titled “UN and NATO team up behind Russia’s back,” Russian envoy to NATO Dmitry Rogozin—who was himself not informed of the backroom deal—said “NATO should fully acknowledge the UN’s universal role and not try to substitute UN functions.” [22]

In the article discussed earlier, Hans von Sponeck asked “Is the United Nations accord with NATO—a military alliance with nuclear weapons—in contradiction with Article 2 of the United Nations Charter, which requires that conflicts be resolved by peaceful means? Can UN and NATO actions be distinguished when three of the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council are also NATO members? How can future violations of international law by NATO be legally prosecuted? Is an institution like NATO, which in 1999, without a UN mandate, unlawfully bombed Serbia and Kosovo, a suitable partner for the United Nations?” [23]

And in a section entitled “UN mandate makes NATO obsolete,” he finished with “Any evaluation of the UN/NATO pact must take into account that NATO is a relic of the Cold War; that NATO, as a Western alliance, is regarded with considerable mistrust by the other 166 United Nations member states; that a primary NATO aim is to assert, by military means, its energy and power interests in opposition to other United Nations member states and that the United States, a founding member of the NATO community, in the most unscrupulous ways, has disparaged the United Nations and broken international law.

“It is urgent that one or several member states petition the International Court of Justice to rule on the interpretation of the UN/NATO pact of 23 September 2008, in conformity with the Courts statutes.

“The people of the world have a right to request such a ruling and a right to expect an answer.” [24]

Think Tank Origins: NATO undermining the UN from Inside and Out

The current US permanent representative (ambassador) to NATO is Netherlands-born Ivo Daalder, who like so many others of his type cut his foreign policy teeth in the Balkans in the 1990s. In fact he was the director for European Affairs on the National Security Council under President Bill Clinton, where he was in charge of Bosnia policy. Although a Clinton appointee Daalder criticized his chief during the 1999 war against Yugoslavia, calling for a ground invasion of the country in addition to the devastating air war.

The day after President Barack Obama announced the selection of Daalder for the NATO post, a news account from his homeland described him as a “liberal hawk” who was “a signatory to the January 2005 Project for a New American Century letter to Congress urging an increase in the number of troops in Iraq. The Project for a New American Century is a neoconservative think-tank linked to the American Enterprise Institute, where much of the foreign policy of the Bush administration originated.

“He often wrote about the right (or duty) of the international community to use military and humanitarian action to intervene in countries that fail to meet their responsibilities.” [25]

At the time of his nomination Daalder was a Senior Fellow in Foreign Policy Studies at The Brookings Institution. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

The day after the Dutch feature appeared, the print edition of Russia Today television had this to say:

“Barack Obama’s administration sees NATO as the nucleus for a global organization of democracies that will eventually replace the United Nations, believes an influential Russian newspaper [Kommersant].

“Washington wants NATO to expand by inviting counties like Australia, Japan, Brazil and South Africa and become a global organization tackling not only security issues but also epidemics and human rights. . . The next US Ambassador to NATO Ivo H. Daalder is a great supporter of this idea.”

“Daalder, an expert at the Brookings Institution and a foreign policy adviser to Barack Obama during the election campaign, is a strong proponent of the so-called Concert of Democracies.”

“The idea, coined by the think-tank Princeton Project on National Security, is that the United Nations is outdated. . .” [26]

The source added that “Daalder believes that NATO is a prototype of the proposed concert, being an alliance of democracies with a long success record, and can be extended to the new global organization” and that “a source in the White House [says] that Vice President Joe Biden is among the supporters of the Concert of Democracies.” [27]

As the American magazine Newsweek reported late last year under the headline Fighting Wars of Peace, “Vice President-elect Joe Biden called during the campaign for imposing a no-fly zone in Darfur and, a year earlier, advocated committing ‘U.S. troops on the ground’ if necessary. And Hillary Clinton, the incoming secretary of state, was a forceful advocate of the interventions in Bosnia and Kosovo during her husband’s administration.

“[A]s Ivo Daalder, [a] prominent Obama adviser, and Robert Kagan have pointed out, between 1989 and 2001 America dispatched significant military force to foreign hot spots so often—once every 18 months—that intervention became something of a standard weapon of U.S. foreign policy, and one with bipartisan support.” [28]

The genesis of the “war for peace” Concert of Democracies concept under NATO auspices and in opposition to the UN, at least as far as Daalder is concerned, may have been in a “guest” column in the Washington Post over five years ago called An Alliance of Democracies and co-authored by Daalder and James Lindsay, then vice president and director of studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.

In the article Daalder and his colleague leave no doubt as to which institution global NATO stands in opposition to:

“An immediate problem is that the United Nations lacks the capability to make a difference. Its blue-helmeted troops can help keep the peace when warring parties choose not to fight. But as we learned in the Balkans, they cannot make peace where none exists. And as we saw in the 12 years preceding the Iraq war, the United Nations cannot enforce its most important resolutions. The deeper problem is that these reform proposals do not go to the heart of what ails the organization: It treats its members as sovereign equals regardless of the character of their governments.”

“The idea of sovereign equality reflected a conscious decision governments made 60 years ago that they would be better off if they repudiated the right to meddle in the internal affairs of others. That choice no longer makes sense.”

“Today respect for state sovereignty should be conditional on how states behave at home, not just abroad.”

“We need an Alliance of Democratic States. This organization would unite nations with entrenched democratic traditions, such as the United States and Canada; the European Union countries; Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and Australia; India and Israel; Botswana and Costa Rica.” [29]

Analogous demands have been voiced over the past few years by former Spanish prime minister Jose Aznar, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and spokesman James Appathurai and US Republican Party candidates in last year’s presidential election Rudolph Giuliani and John McCain, alternately identified as an alliance, a concert or a league of democracies. In 2007 the now deceased US congressman Tom Lantos, at the time chairman of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, said that “NATO should seriously consider expanding into a global alliance including democratic countries such as Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Israel,” and posed the rhetorical query “Would it not make the (NATO) Supreme Allied Commander feel more comfortable about upcoming global crises if he would have a NATO of a global reach?” To which the commander identified, Gen. Bantz John Craddock, replied: “From a best military advice perspective, it would indeed be enormously helpful to have more democratic, peace-loving nations as part of the alliance.” [30]

The advocates of the ultimate “coalition of the willing” call for expanding NATO from its current 28 full members, 22 Partnership for Peace states in Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia, seven Middle Eastern and North African nations in the Mediterranean Dialogue, six Persian Gulf countries covered under the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative and several individual Contact Countries—in total over a third of the nations in the world—into a comprehensive, worldwide political-economic-military bloc with members in six of the world’s seven continents and with its eye set on the remaining one, Antarctica.

The nations targeted for the NATO-led Alliance of Democracies include Australia, Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and South Korea inter alia.

From Design to Execution: Ivo Daalder

Daalder would follow up on this initiative two and a half years later, this time in a forum generously provided him by the International Herald Tribune, sister publication of the New York Times, the other main pillar of the American “free press,” and co-written by the Council on Foreign Relations’ James Goldgeier.

The piece in question, “For Global Security, Expand the Alliance,” states:

“NATO must become larger and more global by admitting any democratic state that is willing and able to contribute to the fulfillment of the alliance’s new responsibilities.”

“Other democratic countries share NATO’s values and many common interests—including Australia, Brazil, Japan, India, New Zealand, South Africa and South Korea—and all of them can greatly contribute to NATO’s efforts by providing additional military forces or logistical support. . .”

The contribution is urgent because “NATO militaries are stretched thin by the many new missions they are called on to perform in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as in the Sudan, Congo and other parts of Africa.”

The column raised the stakes to a degree that is deeply unsettling, fraught as they are with the threat of nothing less than world war.

“Collective defense, enshrined in Article 5’s dictum that an attack on one member is an attack on all, must remain at the core of an expanded alliance as it has in the past. For the United States, such commitments elsewhere would not be novel, as it already guarantees, either formally or informally, the security of countries such as Australia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea.

“[A]ll NATO members contributed to the grand coalition that reversed Iraq’s 1990 invasion of Kuwait, which is not even a democracy. If Australia or Japan were attacked, would the European democracies simply shrug their shoulders?” [31]

Far more is involved than the deployment of troops, warships and warplanes to all parts of the globe on the arbitrary decision of the major NATO partners, as unparalleled a danger to the world as that is.

In speaking of Washington’s ongoing global missile shield program—one that could neutralize the potential for nations, Russia and China come immediately to mind, to maintain a deterrent or retaliation capacity and thus serve as an invitation for a first strike—in March of 2007 US Assistant Secretary of State John Rood asserted that planned interceptor missile sites in Poland and the Czech Republic “would be integrated with existing radar sites in the United Kingdom and Greenland as well as missile defense interceptors in California and Alaska,” adding that at the time some fourteen nations were already involved in the plans, including “Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, India, Japan, the Netherlands and Ukraine. Taiwan is also participating. . .

“[There] is a cooperative understanding among the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Israel, Italy and Denmark to conduct government-to-government and industry-to-industry missile defense cooperation.” [32]

The correlation between the non-NATO nations mentioned as members of a concert or alliance of democracies under NATO leadership and those being integrated into the global interceptor missile system is striking.

While still US State Department Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs and before being appointed Ivo Daalder’s predecessor as ambassador to NATO, Kurt Volker said:

“[A]s NATO is active in places like Afghanistan or Iraq or Darfur, we are working together with countries that share NATO’s values and that are capable of contributing to security, such as Australia or New Zealand or South Korea or Japan, and we would like to find ways to cooperate with these countries. . .

“Some countries which, from a geographic standpoint, see themselves as front line states, have a high interest in theater missile defense, and other countries say it’s something we ought to do. . . For the U.S. there is no such thing as theater missile defense because we look at missile defense in a global scale. . .” [33]

The complement to the above, popularly referred to as Star Wars or Son of Star Wars, is an even more dangerous threat: Space war.

Last November Russia, as it has routinely done for years at UN General Assembly meetings, urged “UN member-states to join the moratorium on the deployment of weapons in outer space.”

The nation’s ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, pointed out that “it is on Russia’s initiative that the UN General Assembly has been adopting resolutions, for many years now, aimed at the prevention of an arms race in space.

“The only one who objected to the adoption of this resolution was the United States—this was earlier this year.” [34]

Another report revealed that “Washington does plan to deploy its ABM system elements in near-Earth orbits, and it is only Russia that can counter such plans.

“In the United Nations 166 countries have voted for the Russia-proposed resolution on measures to ensure transparency and build up confidence in space activities.” [35]

As with questions of war and peace, the United Nations is used by the US and its allies solely to punish weaker nations and if the UN would ever begin to function as it was designed to—including attempting to prevent the militarization of space—it will be bypassed and rendered powerless by a NATO-led “Alliance of Democratic States.”

As recently as a few days ago Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the foreign ministers meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Damascus, Syria, “express[ed] his country’s worries over giving NATO an international mission where it will be able to interfere anywhere in the world without permission from the Security Council, affirming that this is very negative and can undermine the basis of international law and the UN Charter.” [36]

NATO—No Alternative to United Nations

Conceived during the waning days of the world’s most destructive and deadly war and born two months after the only use to date of nuclear weapons, the United Nation’s still bears its birth marks. 64 years later the five chief victors of World War II remain the only permanent members of the Security Council and alone have veto power. Three of them are founding members of NATO and all five are nuclear powers, hardly representative of the world community.

Not a single nation in Africa, South (indeed all of Latin) America and Oceania have such status.

Also, the 192-member General Assembly has largely been shunted aside in favor of the five permanent and ten rotating members of the Security Council, not to mention events of major world importance being conducted by the secretary general and other officials behind the backs of even permanent members of the Security Council as with last September’s agreement with NATO.

The General Assembly represents humanity not only on a day-to-day basis but in a more substantive and legitimate manner than ten of its 192 members on the Security Council at any given time. It must play a larger role in all deliberations.

A revived, robust, empowered and democratized UN must shift focus from a disproportionate emphasis on negotiating trade, treaty and other agreements in service to world commerce and in ceding vast tracts of the earth to interested parties under suspicious circumstances, as with the oil-rich Bakassi Peninsula to Cameroon and 2.2 million square kilometers of the resource-rich Antarctic Ocean to Australia recently, to what needs to be its main objective: Exerting all efforts to eliminate forever the scourge of war.

The record of the past thirteen years under the stewardship of Kofi Annan and Ban Ki-moon has been abysmal. Three major wars have been conducted by the United States and its NATO allies, the first against a founding member of the UN, Yugoslavia, while the organization made no meaningful efforts to prevent or halt them once started and has even legitimized them after the fact with assorted resolutions. Even UN resolutions following unauthorized wars are trampled on, as with the recognition by most NATO members of the illegal secession of Kosovo from Serbia last February, flagrantly contradicting UN Resolution 1244 which commits the UN to “Reaffirming the commitment of all Member States to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the other States of the region, as set out in the Helsinki Final Act. . .”

However, even with its manifold problems, the United Nations was intended to prevent the replication of the horrors of World War II which ended only two months before its creation. The world would hardly gain by having it further weakened, sidelined and in effect reduced to a hollow shell by an expanding military bloc that has already waged wars on two continents and set its sights on penetrating and dominating the entire world.

Iran: Who’s diddling Democracy?
June 18, 2009 – Watching the protesters in Tehran, many Americans feel a strong sense of empathy, exhilaration and hope. I strongly share those feelings, especially since I know firsthand the danger the protesters face from government thugs on motorcycles, provocateurs and the secret police. But none of this should blind us to the likelihood that our own government is dangerously meddling in Iran’s internal affairs and playing with the lives of those protesters.

Back in 2007, ABC News reported that President George W. Bush had signed a secret “Presidential finding” authorizing the CIA to mount covert “black” operations to destabilize the Iranian government. According to current and former intelligence officials, these operations included “a coordinated campaign of propaganda broadcasts, placement of negative newspaper articles, and the manipulation of Iran’s currency and international banking transactions”. . .

“I think everybody in the region knows that there is a proxy war already afoot with the United States supporting anti-Iranian elements in the region as well as opposition groups within Iran,” said Vali Nasr, adjunct senior fellow for Mideast studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. “And this covert action is now being escalated by the new US directive, and that can very quickly lead to Iranian retaliation and a cycle of escalation can follow”. . .

The New Yorker’s Seymour Hersh subsequently confirmed the story, reporting that the Presidential finding focused “on undermining Iran’s nuclear ambitions and trying to undermine the government through regime change.” He also reported that the Democratic-controlled Congress had approved up to $400 million to fund the destabilization campaign. . . Some of that money appears to have made it into the hands of pro-Mousavi groups, who have ties to non-governmental organizations outside Iran that the National Endowment for Democracy funds. . . Comment: A covert operations funding agency housed in the State Department’s US Information Agency, the ADL-led NED raised funds by covert arms sales through Israel to Iran in order to finance the Contra guerillas against the Sandinista regime in Nicaragua, and by working with Columbian Drug cartels to illegally ship cocaine into the United States. Now the City of London is meddling in Iran to provoke Ezekiel 38:5.

Senate adopts Slavery Apology Resolution
June 18, 2009 – The Senate adopted a resolution Thursday offering a formal apology for slavery and the era of “separate but equal” Jim Crow laws that followed. . . The non-binding resolution, which does not have the force of law, includes a disclaimer stating that the measure does not authorize or support reparations for the descendants of African slaves brought to the United States before the Civil War. . .

Steve Cohen, a white Democrat from Tennessee who represents a black majority district, sponsored a slavery apology resolution that was adopted by the House last year. Cohen, whose resolution was silent on reparations, said the House might act again this year. . . Full story: truthout.org

Comment: Representative Cohen doubtless knows Israel will not pay reparations for their black or their white slaves (to whom neither the Senate nor Congress has apologized).

UN Protocol used to regulate Homeschoolers
June 16, 2009 – “On June 11, 2009, a report on home education in England by Graham Badman, a former Managing Director of Children, Families and Education in the County of Kent, was accepted in full by the British Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families,” according to today’s report from the Home School Legal Defense Association.

“The report makes the case that homeschooling should be extensively regulated in England,” the HSLDA continued. “Aside from registering with the state and mandating reports by homeschoolers, the Badman report makes references to balancing the rights of parents with the rights of children. This idea is expressed in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)”. . . under the international document parents no longer would be allowed to administer reasonable spankings to their children, children would be granted the authority by the state to choose their own religion, the “best interest of the child” would govern all decisions and give the government the authority to override any parental decision, children would have a legally enforceable “right to leisure” and parents would be required to have their children attend state-sponsored sex education courts.

Rabbi in Australia charged with Fraud
Sydney, June 16, 2009 – An American-born rabbi and his wife living in South Australia were charged in an alleged funding scam for their school. Rabbi Yossi Engel and his wife, Chana, were charged Monday with 39 counts of dishonestly dealing with documents in connection with the Spirit of David Adelaide Hebrew School they reportedly founded in Adelaide, the Australian Jewish News reported Tuesday.

The Engels allegedly signed fake report cards to justify applications for funding for phantom Hebrew classes. They are scheduled to appear July 30 in the Magistrates’ Court in Adelaide and expected to plead not guilty, the newspaper reported. The couple allegedly signed fake report cards between 2001 and 2004 for Jewish students who were registered at other schools in order to prove that the apparent Hebrew classes warranted funds from the Ethnic Schools Board of South Australia. . . Comment: It is insanity for taxpayers of any nation to fund ethnic language instruction rather than assimilate immigrants, particularly children, in the national tongue/s. Multiculturalism is a repetition of the original sin prophesied by Jesus Messiah (Genesis 6:1-4; Matthew 24:37). The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob cursed miscegenation and separated the races (Genesis 1:11; 11:6-9; Deuteronomy 32:8-9; Joshua 1:8). The Rabbi should read Moses, not his Talmudic antithesis.

Predestinated unto the Adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to Himself – Part III

Exodus 25:1-9, “The Lord said to Moses, Tell the Israelites to take up an offering for Me. Every man of a willing heart will contribute for the offering which shall consist of gold, and silver, and bronze; blue, purple and scarlet cloth of fine-twined linen, and goats’ hair, rams’ skins dyed red, and badgers’ skins; and shittim wood, oil for the light, spices for anointing oil and for perfumed incense; onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and stones to be set in the breastplate. Also have them construct a sanctuary for me so that I may dwell among them; make it in exact agreement with all that I show you concerning the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture”.

Notice every command of these instructions was in threes. Three, stands for that which is solid, real, substantial, complete, and entire. Three also denotes divine perfection. The tabernacle was divided between the outer court, the holy place and holy of holies, which signify the body, mortal spirit and soul of God’s saints, who are the real and eternal Temple of the Holy Spirit. We type these divisions of the temple in explaining the Christian’s pilgrimage from justification by grace through faith to sanctification by the blood, to the new birth by the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

Jesus comes three times. He came first to redeem His Church on Calvary, a physical (Gk.) ‘erchomai’ Coming; He came the second time when the revelation of the Seven Seals brought Him back to earth in W_O_R_D form “as a thief in the night” (I Corinthians 13:10; I Thessalonians 5:21; Revelation 16:15) in His unseen (Gk.) ‘parousia’ Coming to receive His Church the secret, sudden “rapture.” His third Coming will be His second physical (Gk.) ‘erchomai’ return as King with His Queen and the Old Testament saints—all glorified—to step out on the ashes of the wicked for a thousand years of peace.

God is perfect in Father, Son and Holy Spirit, three offices or dispensation claims of the One Person. He wrote three Bibles: the witness in the stars, the Great Pyramid, and the Old and New Testament in paper and ink—each declaring the same revelation of His unchanging Word. There were three earthly witnesses to Jesus’ natural life, the water, blood and mortal spirit, and three that bore witness in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit (I John 5:6-7). The natural birth types the Spiritual birth.

Three is a witness. Jesus chose three intimate disciples, Peter, James and John (representing the 144,000), and on mount Transfiguration they saw Him conversing with two heavenly witnesses—Moses, representing the sleeping saints, and Elijah, representing “we who are alive and remain” for the translation. Three magi followed the Shekinah from the East to the honour and adore the infant Messiah. Jesus died to redeem an election from three families which will constitute His Bride—Shem, Ham and Japheth’s people. In each group there are three classes of people: the believer, make-believer and the unbeliever. Three tribes of Israel guarded each approach to the Presence in the tabernacle of witness, the “rapture” is the threefold PROCESS of the “shout” of the end-time Message, the “Voice of Christ the Archangel,” and Israel’s Seventh “trump.” This numerical pattern continues from Genesis to Revelation.

Brother Branham said, “I just love to think on the numerics of the Bible, how the threes, sevens, twelves, twenty-fours, forties, fifties is God’s numbers. That you understand. Forty is His temptations, and fifty is His jubilee. The number three features prominently in the adoption or placing of a son with authority in his position in the Word. While preaching brings correction and conviction in righteousness, the purpose of teaching is to confirm your place in the living Body-Word—not by learning or psychology but by revelation from Genesis to Revelation. Unlike the Church Age saints we are without a Mediator so we must say the right thing to God in order to manifest that we are the Sons of God with the mind of God, sharing Enoch’s testimony that we “please God” such that He accepts the waving of the Holy Spirit in you and I as individuals, acknowledging our faith in the ‘third pull’ and changing us in the atoms. Teaching confirmed in your Bible instills security and imparts confidence to speak God’s Word as the Sword of the Spirit with bold authority, free from condemnation, dressed the full armour of God to repel the fiery darts of the enemy and overcome time and gravity.

Romans 8:26-30 tells us that in Christ we are “already glorified,” but we must take this back to John 17:5 and other Scriptures to put on the mind of the Spirit so our strength rests in the reality of faith, not good memory of the letter only. Satan’s knowledge of Scripture is supreme, but his dialectic wisdom is abysmal in comparison to faith. You must absolutely confirm your place in the Body by “rightly dividing the Word of Truth”.

Paul knew by revelation He was placed as “an apostle by the will of God,” not man-ordained. With THUS SAITH THE LORD he declared without fear of condemnation, “If we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed” (Galatians 1:8).

Abraham had a son by Hagar, one by Sarah, and six sons by his third wife, Keturah, “but Abraham gave all he had to Isaac and gave gifts to Ishmael and the sons of Keturah and sent them away from Isaac his [only] son [by promise]” (Genesis 25:1-6). All of these men were the seed of Abraham, but God said, “in Isaac shall your seed be called.” Quoting Genesis 21:12, Paul said, “I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my racial kinsmen who are Israelites. To them belongs the adoption as sons, and the glory, and the Covenants, and the giving of the Law, the worship and the promises. Whose [are] the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ [came], who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. It is not as if the Word of God had failed. For by no means do all who descend from Israel belong to Israel. . .”

As Israel types the Church it follows that not all who confess Christ are Christians and not all who follow this Message are in the Bride. “. . . not all are children of Abraham because they are the seed of Abraham, but through Isaac your descendants shall be named after you” (Romans 9:3-8). Abraham’s seed are children born of the promise, not every one born of the sexual union of an Israelite man and wife is Abraham’s seed. Paul narrows the field in Galatians 3:16, “Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. It does not say, And to seeds, plural, as it would if the promises were to all of his sons; but to your seed, singular, which is Christ”.

The adoption or placement as Sons of God is not to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Israel by natural generation, but to Sons of Adam re-born to Christ by the baptism of the Holy Ghost or Spiritual regeneration of the soul. Jesus Messiah is the “last Adam,” He is not the “last Israel.” Thus the folly of Esau/Edom, the non-Semitic, anti-Semitic self-styled Jews who impersonate Jacob/Israel and the Christian Identity/British Israel dupes of the cabbalist Jew hoaxers John Dee (1527-1608), and Rabbi Manasseh ben Israel (1604-1657) of Amsterdam, is made manifest to all men (II Timothy 3:9). God is not placing sex-born natural Israel as His Sons, but Spiritual Israel—children of the first Adam who have been renewed to eternal Life by the Spirit of the last Adam.

The Israelites were God’s servant nation and could not be placed as Sons because they rejected their kinsman Redeemer and eternal Life, crucifying Him and declaring, “His blood be upon us and upon our Children!” And it is (Matthew 27:25)! Their 144,000 elect kinsmen will not be placed as Sons when they are born-again and martyred by self-styled Jews and the apostate Judaeo-Christian church, because the marriage of the Lamb and adoption of Sons will be long past. They will be placed as servants to us, Christ’s Gentile Bride.

Natural Israel makes much of male circumcision, which was the token of being in God’s Covenant with Abraham. Once again this points to sex, in particular to the original sin and was an evidence of separation from carnality. But true circumcision is the baptism with the Holy Ghost by which Spiritual Israel, the offspring of Abraham’s Seed, Christ, is circumcised in heart and ears (Deuteronomy 10:16; Acts 7:51).

The adoption of Jesus Messiah was in a threefold manner. Mark 1:9-13, “In those days Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. The moment He came out of the water He saw the heavens parted and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him: and a Voice came from heaven, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am pleased to dwell in.”

“And without delay the Spirit drove Him into the desert where He remained forty days without eating, being tempted of Satan. He was with the wild beasts, and the angels ministered to Him”.

Although God had just placed His only begotten Son as Messiah, anointing Him with the Shekinah and publicly stating He was pleased to dwell in Him as His Temple, immediately He subjected Him to further testing by the Adversary to manifest that He is the Son of God, and Jesus defeated His enemy by the revealed Word of God. As the Logos made flesh the fullness of the Attributes of God’s character were in Jesus—but how would we know? And how could God gather glory unless they were displayed in tribulation?

It would never have been known that He was Jehovah-Rapha unless He healed the sick by their faith in Him (Matthew 8:1-17). How would men glorify Him as Jehovah-Jireh unless He provided for their necessities (Matthew 14:15-21)? Indeed how ever would we know He was Jehovah-Saviour unless He fulfilled the part of Adam’s Kinsman Redeemer on Calvary’s cross, and His Life proven an acceptable sacrifice in that the Lord raised Him from the dead for our justification (Romans 4:25)? It was through tribulation that God perfected and displayed His character in our Lord Jesus, “Yes, and all who will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution”. (II Timothy 3:12).

Quoting Brother Branham: “If there was tribulation in the first age, there is now predicted an intensified tribulation throughout the second age. There is no doubt but what the following words of Paul applied to the mass of Christians wherever they were in the world and in every age.

Hebrews 10:32-38: “But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions; Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used. For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He That shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him”.

The mere association of kindhearted people with the true believer might well bring death in return for their kindness.

Now the Lord God Almighty says, “I KNOW.” There He is walking in the midst of His people. There He is, the Chief Shepherd of the flock. But does He hold back the persecution? Does He stem the tribulation? No, He does not. He simply says, “I KNOW your tribulation—I am not at all unmindful of your suffering.” What a stumbling block this is to so many people. Like Israel they wonder if God really loves them. How can God be just and loving if He stands by and watches His people suffer? That is what they asked in Malachi 1:1-3, “The burden of the Word of the Lord to Israel by Malachi. I have loved you, saith the Lord. Yet we say, Wherein hast Thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith the Lord: yet I loved Jacob, And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.” You see, they could not figure out God’s love. They thought that love meant no suffering. They thought that love meant a baby with parental care. But God said that His love was “elective” love. The proof of His love is ELECTION—that no matter what happened, His love was proven truly by the fact they were chosen unto salvation (because God hath chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth). He may commit you to death as He did Paul. He may commit you to suffering as He did Job. That is His prerogative. He is sovereign. But it is all with a purpose. If He did not have a purpose, then He would be the author of frustration and not of peace. His purpose is that after we have suffered awhile we would be made perfect, be established, strengthened and settled. As Job said, “He puts strength in us.” (Job 23:6b) You see He, Himself, suffered. He learned obedience by the things that He suffered. He was actually made perfect by the things that He suffered. Hebrews 5:8-9, “Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; And being made perfect, He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him.” In plain language, the very character of Jesus was perfected by suffering. And according to Paul He has left His church a measure of suffering that they, too, by their faith in God while suffering for Him, would come to a place of perfection. Why did He want this? James 1:2-4, “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”

Why does He stand by? The reason is in Romans 8:17-18, “And if children, then heirs, heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Unless we suffer with Him we cannot reign with Him. You have to suffer to reign. The reason for this is that character simply is never made without suffering. Character is a VICTORY, not a gift. A man without character can’t reign because power apart from character is Satanic. But power with character is fit to rule. And since He wants us to share even His throne on the same basis that He overcame and is set down in His Father’s throne, then we have to overcome to sit with Him. And the little temporary suffering we go through now is not worthy to be compared to the tremendous glory that will be revealed in us when He comes. Oh, what treasures are laid up for those who are willing to enter into His kingdom through much tribulation.

“Think it not strange concerning the fiery trials that are to try you.” That is what Peter said. Is it strange that God wants us to develop a Christ-like character that comes through suffering? No sir. And we all have trials. We are all tried and chastened as sons. Not one but goes through that. The church that is not suffering, and is not being tried, hasn’t got it—it is not of God. Hebrews 12:6, “For whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom He receiveth. But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.”

Now this special condition in Smyrna must be applied to every age. There is no age free from it. There is no true believer free from it. This is of God. This is the will of God. It is needful. We need the Lord to teach us the truth that we are to suffer and be Christ-like in doing it. “Love suffereth long and is kind.” Matthew 5:11-12, “Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. Rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.”

The cloudy skies and storms of life are no signs of God’s disapproval. Neither are bright skies and still waters signs of His love and approval. His approval of any of us is only IN THE BELOVED. His love is elective which He had for us before the foundation of the world. Does He love us? Ah yes. But how shall we know? We shall know because He SAID SO, and manifested that He did love us for He brought us to Himself and gave us of His Spirit, placing us as sons. And how shall I prove my love to Him? By believing what He said, and by conducting myself with joy amidst the trials that He in His wisdom allows to come to pass.

“I know thy poverty (but thou art rich).” There it is again. See Him walking up and down in the midst of His Church. Like a father He is looking down upon His family. He is the Head of His household. He is the provider. He is the protector. Yet He looks on at their poverty. Oh, how the untutored believer stumbles at this. How can God bear to look upon His own in a time of need and not just stop it all—just give in and lavish everything material upon them?

Here is where you have to believe again in the love, and goodness and wisdom of God. This, too, is needful. Remember He admonished, “Take no thought for the morrow, what ye shall eat or what ye shall put on. Your Father knoweth the things ye have need of. He who clothes the lily and feeds the sparrow shall do much more for you. These physical things are not the true basic necessities of your life, for a man’s life consisteth not of the things he possesses. But rather seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all material necessities will be added unto you.”

The people of God are not material minded. They are Christ-minded. They do not seek the treasures that are below; they seek those above. It is absolutely true, the majority of Christians are NOT wealthy. Rather they are on the poor side. It was so in Jesus’ day. It was true in Paul’s day and it should be true today. Oh, it is not too true today for the Laodicean Age is one of vast wealth where often the criterion of spirituality is an abundance of earthly goods. My, how rich the church is in goods. But how poor in Spirit. “Blessed be ye poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is NOT meat and drink.” It is not material. It is WITHIN us. A rich man is rich in God, not in worldly things. (An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages, p. 115:3 – 119).

Jesus said, “The Son of man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels; then He shall reward every man according to his works. I assure you, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the Son of man coming in His kingdom.” Six days later Jesus ascended mount Transfiguration with Peter, James and John to see a vision of His second physical return with His angels in His Kingdom. Speaking with Jesus was Moses, who typed the resurrected angels, and Elijah who typed angels who will be translated without death. Then Peter said, “Lord, it is good that we are here, If you approve, I will make three tabernacles, one for You, and one for Moses and one for Elijah.” And while He was still talking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a Voice said, “This is My beloved Son in whom I am pleased to tabernacle; listen to Him!” God was placing His Son in authority with Himself (Matthew 16:27 – 17:9; 28:18).

After six days of a thousand years man’s labour against sin will be done and the reward of each elect determined according to his deeds (I Corinthians 3). The seventh day is the day of universal rest and worship—not Saturday as impersonators of Christianity suppose, but our Lord’s return with the glorified saints of all Ages “to tread down the wicked, who will be atomic ashes under the soles of our feet” following the consummation. Then His Kingdom elect will be complete and fitted for perfect worship in the thousand year sabbath of the honeymoon of the heavenly Bridegroom and His earthly Bride.

Many believers do not understand that the four Gospels are actually set in the Old Testament. Hebrews 9:13-18, “If under the Old Testament the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer could cleanse men’s bodies from sin, how much more surely will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself a flawless sacrifice to God cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new Covenant so that those who are called may receive the eternal inheritance that was promised since a death has occurred for atonement of the transgressions under the first Covenant. For where a will is involved, the death of the testator must be established. For a testament takes effect only at death: since it not of force so long as the testator lives. Hence the first Covenant was not ratified without blood”.

Thus we see the New Testament did not come into effect until after Calvary and the promise of new birth fulfilled on the day of Pentecost. This brings us to the “full adoption” of our Lord and His resurrection from the dead (Luke 24) and Acts 1:6-12, “Another time those who were meeting together asked Jesus [apropos the vision on mount Transfiguration], Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel? He said to them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has placed His own authority. (See the diagrams above). But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you: and you will be My witnesses both in Jerusalem and in all Judea and in Samaria, and to the remotest end of the earth. Upon saying this and while they were looking on, He gradually ascended, visible until a Cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they gazed intently toward heaven as He was lifted up, two men stood by them in white apparel, and said, You men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come again in the manner as you have seen Him go into heaven. (They were prophesying the sign of His second or ‘parousia’ Coming that manifest over Arizona on February 28, 1963, a photograph of this Cloud is superimposed over the head of Christ on the main page of our Church Website). Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount of Olives, which is a sabbath day’s walk, about half a mile from Jerusalem.” (The mount of Olives located across the Kidron creek, rises 100M above the old city; thousands of grave stones cover the entire hillside. To its north is mount Scopus, the base of the Romans during Titus’ siege on Jerusalem).

The ascension of Jesus was at once the glorious termination of His terrestrial and the glorious commencement of His celestial life. His actual reception into heaven was invisible but announced by the two angels (Acts 1:11) and foretold by the Lord prior to Calvary (John 14:2-31). Although He had repeatedly appeared to His disciples during the forty days following His resurrection, on each occasion He had vanished from their sight as suddenly as He had appeared (Luke 24:31). But on His final departure He permitted their glance to dwell distinctly and continuously on His ascent as man into heaven, giving them perfect assurance by the testimony of their senses to be His eye-witnesses, that He no longer abode on the earth but, His work finished, had returned to the Father whence He had come.

As Christ is Head of the Church, His Body must follow Him through the same three stages of adoption. First God recognizes and places us as His Sons when He baptizes us into Christ, and our lives display the virtue of Christ’s Character most prominent in the Word by which He is writing epistles in the lives of the saints of that day. This is the standard God lifted up against the enemy by that part of the Body in that Church Age.

In II Peter 1:1-12 the apostle teaches us how God will replicate the stature of the perfect Man. “Grace and peace will be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, for His divine power has bestowed on us every requisite for life and godliness, through knowing Him who has called us to His glory and virtue: by which He has granted to us His precious and great promised blessings: by means of which you might become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of passion.”

What is our Goal? It is to be made partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped sensual worldly desires. How do we overcome the world? Through faith which unlocks every promise of the Bible. “For this very reason give all diligence to supplement your faith with VIRTUE; your virtue with KNOWLEDGE; your knowledge with TEMPERANCE; your self-control with PATIENCE; your patience with GODLINESS; your piety with BROTHERLY KINDNESS; and your brotherly affection with LOVE. For if you possess these things increasingly, they will render your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ neither ineffective nor unfruitful. While he who does not have these virtues is blind, and shortsighted, having forgotten that he was purged from his former sins. Therefore brethren, give diligence to confirm your calling and election: for if you practice these things you will never fall: for so an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will be liberally provided for you.”

Without the indwelling Spirit through new birth we are not “led into all truth and cannot see things to come” (John 16;13). The Token, or evidence of the new birth, is the Divine Nature, the Life of Christ on display, fulfilling the present Truth—what Jesus is doing now.

“I will therefore always remind you of these things, even though you are aware of them and are established in the present Truth.”

As individual saints we strive to mature into the stature of the perfect man, however Peter’s prophecy applies primarily to the development of the corporate Body of the Church as it grew through each Age, and which when complete will reproduce the fullness of Christ through the sabbaths or dispensations of the antitype of the Pentecostal harvest, to be revealed at the manifestation of the sons of God. Hence, “the reapers are the angels [to the Church Ages]” (Matthew 13:39; Revelation 1-3).

During the Church Ages neither the Body corporate nor individual saints could mature into the stature of the perfect Man, or even be born-again without Christ’s Mediation for their ignorance of the fulness of the Word. They had only PART-Word because the Bible was sealed with Seven Seals, and the Body is incomplete without Christ’s end-time Bride who grow to maturity “in the unity of the faith” by the revelation of the mysteries under the Seven Seals. As the Word comes only to a prophet (Deuteronomy 18:15-18; Amos 3:7; Acts 3:23; II Peter 2:20-21) it is clear from the above diagram that until God sent the prophet ordained to stand in the breach between the Church Ages and the Seals to restore the apostolic faith and “finish the mystery of God” (Malachi 4:5-1; Matthew 17:11; Revelation 10:7) we could not be placed in the Capstone of the Body, and without us the Church Age saints cannot be made perfect or glorified in the “full adoption”.

The breach represents Revelation four and five that were fulfilled in 1963 after the close of the Laodicean Church Age and the end of Christ’s Mediation, and immediately before Christ revealed the Seven Seals of Revelation 6 and 8:1 through His Prophet to bring His end-time Bride to the birth so that the Body can be brought to perfection.

The revelation of the Seven Seals joined the Capstone to the Body by “making known to us the mystery of God’s will according to His purpose which He set forth in Christ, a plan to be brought to completion when the times or seven Church Age dispensations are complete (and “time [or the delay caused by interceding for the PART-Word saints] is no more”). Then He will gather the sleeping saints and “we who are alive and remain” as one completed Body in Christ” (Ephesians 1:9-11; Revelation 8:1; I Thessalonians 4:17).

This was the second stage of the adoption or placement of the Body, for the “midnight cry” of Matthew 25:6 is the “shout” of I Thessalonians 4:16, which was the Message of the prophet of Malachi 4:5-6, Revelation 10:7 and 14:9 revealing the Seven Seals and calling the wise and foolish virgin out from Babylon and her harlot daughters “into the unity of the faith” (Ephesians 1:13) for “the manifestation of the Sons of God” (Romans 8:9) and the translation (I Corinthians 15:46-57), declared THUS SAITH THE LORD by the heavenly Voice of Revelation 18:4 which echoed, “Come out of Babylon and be filled with the Spirit”.

God led Jesus into a high mountain where “His face shone as the sun and His raiment was white as Light,” and before witnesses He placed His Son equal in authority to Himself, declaring “This is My beloved Son, listen to Him.” In parallel He led Brother Branham into the breach at the summit of the PART-Word Body, and “Every soul, that will not hear this prophet [whose Message finishes the mystery of God . . . and restores all things spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began] shall be destroyed from among the people. . . Listen to him” (Revelation 10:7; Acts 3:21-23). And as Moses climbed mount Nebo and beheld the Promised Land but could not enter, from the top of Laodicea Brother Branham saw the Capstone but could not enter as he was baptized into the Laodicean part of the Body.

Brother Branham was the forerunner whose Message that introduced the second or ‘parousia’ Coming of our Messenger, the Archangel Jesus Christ. Revelation 18:1, “I saw another Angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with His glory.” Our Messenger is Jesus Christ who returned in the prophetic office of Son of man to incarnate His end-time Bride by bringing us to maturity in the unity of the faith and “speaking conditions” placing us in authority for the ‘third pull’ so that after the close of the Gentile dispensation what we say He will do.

Brother Branham said, “The Pharisees was keeping up their traditions, but behind their traditions was the true Word of God coming to shine forth. And when It did, It blinded their eyes. They couldn’t see it, because they was watching something else. So is it today. May God let that soak in, till it really hits home to the people that should believe it. It’s later than you think.

My son Billy Paul, he talks in his sleep, but he doesn’t have dreams very often. He had one the other night that shook him up. Said he’d dreamed he was at a church, and . . . I hadn’t come in yet. Said when I came in, fire was flying out of the eyes. And I said, “The time is here; it’s over.” And everybody begin screaming, “I can’t, my children. . .”

My wife said, “I can’t get Sarah to ask the blessing at the table,” and so forth.

He said, “I’ve got to go get Loyce and the baby.”

I said, “Loyce can’t come now. The baby’s too young to know. Billy the hour is here; we must go.” I said, “It’s midnight now, before daylight Jesus will be here. If it isn’t then I’m a false witness of Christ.”

And somebody spoke up and said, “No man knows the minute or hour.”

“I never said minute or hour; I said sometime between now and daylight.” I said, “Let’s go, Billy. But we’re at the time; let’s go.” And we got in the car and started. And we started up the mountain. And when we did, it looked like the light was coming, and the skies were dark upon the earth. He said I pulled off the side of the road, held my hands over like this, fire still flying from my eyes. And he said I said, “Lord, I have did this at Your command. I have did this just because that You told me to do it this a-way. I have did these things according to what You’ve told me.” And I motioned to a big granite mountain, and a Light without hands cut a stone out of the mountain weighing hundreds of tons and here it come. I said, “Turn your heads; don’t look. It’ll be all be over just in a few minutes.” Said, “Then a great holy hush come everywhere as this Stone come towards the place.”

It may be later than we think. See, that’s exactly Scriptural (You see?), the Stone without hands cut out of the mountain. And so one of these days it’s going to be that way when you’re going to scream for something. I said to him, “You’ve already had that time. God has constantly warned you time after time.” Yeah, I said, “Even if it’s my own kid or whoever it is, the hour is here. I can only say what He’s told me to say, and it’ll be here, and it was.” And then all of a sudden here He come, a Stone cut out of the mountain without hands. Daniel saw that, you know, back many years ago. And Billy knowed nothing about that, but it was a dream sent to him from the Lord.

Now, see, they [the Pharisees – Ed] claim to be worshipping that very God that they were making fun of. And the same thing has reversed again today by the same reason, living in a glare instead of the Light. Great lights has a shine. . .

Now, they claim they’re worshipping that Light. So did they [the Pharisees – Ed] claim they was worshipping that Light. But they were worshipping It in a glare of another light instead of the real. See? He was the Light. Creeds and traditions and their blinded condition had turned them from the true Light of the promised Word. The Word that God had vindicated by Jesus the Light of the world came and made that Word live right exactly through His time, exactly to the days. . . He came to His own; His own knew Him not. He came into the world; the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. See? But as many as did know Him, to them He gave power to become sons of God, to them that believed on Him.

Remember, we cannot live by yesterday’s Light. Yesterday’s Light is gone. It isn’t no more. Yesterday’s Light is only a memory. Yesterday’s sunlight is only a memory, or it’s history. We cannot live in yesterday’s light. No more. . . Though it’s the same sun, but each day it brings forth it’s strength a little stronger to ripen the grain for the harvest. See?

The sun comes today, gets a little stronger. Each day now it’ll get a little stronger, a little stronger until finally the wheat that’s laying there, it’ll go taking life. After while the life will come up. Then a little stronger, little stronger. March, April, May, June, July, she’s in the harvest then. You see? The same sun shining today in January or December, that’s up there bathing that snow and melting it down on that grain, bringing it water, it’s the same sun, but that wheat could not live in that same sunlight in June. See? It can’t do it. See, the sun comes a little stronger each day. And the grain should be a little more matured to receive the sunlight.

That’s what’s the matter today. The grain that was sowed in the early fathers back there in Luther and Wesley and them, it dwarfed; it can’t take the sun. The sun killed it. It refused to grow. See? It took itself from the stalk Light and come over here [to America – Ed] and made itself a own little things, become a husk [denomination – Ed] then, no Life in it. The grain should be maturing and getting stronger as the sun becomes stronger each day.

Now, let’s watch a minute. We’ll watch the Church Ages. There’s Seven Church Ages. In those Church Ages, each one, watch how He spoke to them what would do, how the grain would mature and come down to this last hour here, this last hour that we’re living in. So the churches must do the same thing (See?) the churches.

Now, look, Luther sowed a grain all right. So was Wesley, and so was Pentecostal. So was the Baptist, the Nazarene. But, you see now, Luther would not go back and live in the Light of the first denomination, Catholic. No, sir. He was another Light. That was God ripening . . . Now, a little minority come out of that Lutheran revival. Then come along the Wesley revival. And then in that, why, they couldn’t go back and do the Lutherans. See? And then along come the Pentecostals, and then the Pentecostals organized and done the same thing, taken the husk. Notice, but the grain goes right on.

Now, we’re in another age. Why won’t they receive it? Why won’t they see that the grain is matured? Here’s the promised Word for this day. Why don’t they see it? Because they’re living in Lutheran glare, Wesleyan glare, Baptist glare, Pentecostal glare. They’re living in the glare of another light. That’s the reason they can’t receive the Light of the total Word being a-vindicated as God promised of them Seven Seals, where the whole mystery was revealed, would come back and tell why these mysteries was done like that. . . And yet when that comes in, they walk farther away from it than ever. They’re without excuse.

God has done it through Spirit, through revelations. He’s proved it perfectly by scientific and everything else that it’s the Truth. And still they want to live in a Pentecostal glare: “I am the Assemblies”; “I am the oneness”; “I’m the Church of God”; “I am this.” See? Living in a glare of a age forty, fifty years ago. Living in a Lutheran glare, living in a Wesley, a Baptist, a Presbyterian, or some Nazarene glare of another Church Age that went on and organized and done the same thing, and refused and reject the Light when It’s actually shining. . . And you’re living in a mirage.

I only say that reverently (See?), not to hurt you, but to wake you up. You’re living in a mirage where Jesus said, “Why, you’re blind and you’re leading the blind.” He tried to tell them [Pharisees – Ed] and then just said, “Let them alone. If the blind leads the blind, they’ll all fall in the ditch.” That’s the hour I’ve come to. If they’re going to stagger, I can’t help it. I’ve done all I can do. I’ve done exactly. I’ve done this at Your command, Lord. You’re a witness. Since 1933 down on the river when that Light there you see shined down, It’s been right here in the tabernacle and witnessed to you all these years. And everything It’s said’s come to pass. And continually they go on. Let the blind lead the blind. I’ll just wait for that hour. He’ll arrive one of these days.

Notice, living in a glare of Luther, living in a glare of Wesley, living in them glares back there, that’s the reason they can’t see true Light. If they would stop for a few minutes and just pick up the Bible and read It, they would see that this is Light promised for the hour” (There is a Man here that can turn on the Light, p. 24:137-159).

Isaiah 28:9-13, “Whom shall He teach knowledge? and who will be made to understand the Message? those who are weaned from the milk, and taken from the breasts (Hebrews 5:11-14). For He tells us everything precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. But with stammering lips and an alien tongue the Lord will speak to this people, to whom He said, This [baptism with the Holy Spirit – (Matthew 11:28-30; Galatians 4:4-12; Colossians 2:6-23; Hebrews 3 – 4)] is the sabbath of rest by which you may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing (Acts 2:38-39; 26:20; 3:19; II Thessalonians 1:7; Hebrews 4). Yet they would not listen. [And neither will the Gentile denominations listen]. But the Word of the Lord will spell it out for them again, repeating the simplicity of precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little [preaching “to the total LOST”]; that they may go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken”.

Now we are approaching the third stage or “full adoption,” a quick work transforming the Body from perishable material to imperishable glory, from mortal to eternal Life, and from earth to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb in the sky. You will notice from the representation of Christ’s Bride in God’s stone Bible how the numbers of elect diminished as God built the Body adding line upon line by the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge and into the likeness of our Head, finally reproducing the Life of the original Grain of wheat that fell into the ground and died that day on Calvary. If you picture the great mountain as a cube from which the Stone was hewn by the Word predestinated to each Age you will recognize how in this Capstone Age the make-believers and unbelievers among confessing Christians vastly outnumber God’s elect, as in the days of Noah, when Enoch, one Man in six billion was translated (Matthew 24:37).

It took perhaps twelve years for Christ’s end-time Bride to recognize the revelation of Prophet’s Message, to distinguish the Spirit from the “letter only,” and separate from the Laodiceans. Since we have reached maturity we live in the terminus of the holy convocation or antitype of the fiftieth day of the Pentecostal feast, which will be our jubilee and gravitational release. The Capstone is honed to razor-sharp perfection and your revelation of God’s “Word is [becoming] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword” as you rest under the Son-Light of the fullness of the Word (Hebrews 4:12). Revelation 22:17-19, “And the Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!” And let he who hears say, “Come!” And let he who thirsts [after righteousness] come. And whosoever desires let him take the water of Life freely without money and without price (Isaiah 55:1-5). For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, I warn everyone who hears the Words of the prophecy of this Book; if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues that are described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the Words of this prophetic Book, God will take away his share in the Book of life, and out of the holy city, as described in this book.” It is that sharp at the Capstone.

Unlike the ascent of our Head, there will be no eye-witnesses to the ascent of His mystic Body. His end-time Bride will be so few and as our departure will be in a time of unprecedented natural catastrophe in which millions worldwide will perish consequent upon tectonic activity, we will be scarcely missed except by our familiars.

Romans 8:15-23, “The Spirit of adoption bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God, and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; provided we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified with Him. For I reckon that this temporal suffering is not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation eagerly awaits the manifestation of the Sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of him who subjected it] in hope, because creation itself will be liberated from the bondage to decay into the glorious liberty of the children of God.” And this is the hope of we who are predestinated unto the Adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to Himself. nl585.htm

Lawmakers order Fed to relinquish Merrill Documents
June 10, 2009 – A congressional oversight committee issued a subpoena yesterday to force the Federal Reserve to turn over internal documents related to Bank of America’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch, part of a growing investigation into whether government officials pressured the bank to withhold details about the deal from investors.

The subpoena, which was issued by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, is highly unusual and the first issued by the panel this year. The Accidental Guerrilla: Dr David Kilcullen
June 7, 2009 – In the first few years of the post-9/11 era, the established models for fighting ‘small wars’ proved distressingly ineffective against resilient insurgencies in Iraq and Afghanistan. As the insurgents fought western armies to a stalemate, it was clear that a new approach was necessary. Dr David Kilcullen, a former Australian army officer with combat experience in Southeast Asia and the Middle East and one of the world’s most influential experts on guerrilla warfare, became a key architect of the West’s revamped military strategy. As the senior counterinsurgency adviser to General David Patraeus in Iraq, Kilcullen’s revolutionary approach to counterinsurgency was an intellectual foundation for ‘the Surge’ of 2007.

A Factual Appraisal of the ‘Holocaust’
Three Volume (1,600 Page) Report of the International Committee of the Red Cross on its Activities during the Second World War, Geneva, 1948.
No Evidence of Genocide

One of the most important aspects of the Red Cross Report is that it clarifies the true cause of those deaths that undoubtedly occurred in the camps toward the end of the war. Says the Report: “In the chaotic condition of Germany after the invasion during the final months of the war, the camps received no food supplies at all and starvation claimed an increasing number of victims. Itself alarmed by this situation, the German Government at last informed the ICRC on February 1st, 1945 . . . In March 1945, discussions between the President of the ICRC and General of the S.S. Kaltenbrunner gave even more decisive results. Relief could henceforth be distributed by the ICRC, and one delegate was authorised to stay in each camp …” (Vol. III, p. 83).

Clearly, the German authorities were at pains to relieve the dire situation as far as they were able. The Red Cross are quite explicit in stating that food supplies ceased at this time due to the Allied bombing of German transportation, and in the interests of interned Jews they had protested on March 15th, 1944 against “the barbarous aerial warfare of the Allies” (Inter Arma Caritas, p. 78). By October 2nd, 1944, the ICRC warned the German Foreign Office of the impending collapse of the German transportation system, declaring that starvation conditions for people throughout Germany were becoming inevitable.

In dealing with this comprehensive, three-volume Report, it is important to stress that the delegates of the International Red Cross found no evidence whatever at the camps in Axis occupied Europe of a deliberate policy to exterminate the Jews. In all its 1,600 pages the Report does not even mention such a thing as a gas chamber. It admits that Jews, like many other wartime nationalities, suffered rigours and privations, but its complete silence on the subject of planned extermination is ample refutation of the Six Million legend. Like the Vatican representatives with whom they worked, the Red Cross found itself unable to indulge in the irresponsible charges of genocide which had become the order of the day. So far as the genuine mortality rate is concerned, the Report points out that most of the Jewish doctors from the camps were being used to combat typhus on the eastern front, so that they were unavailable when the typhus epidemics of 1945 broke out in the camps (Vol. I, p. 204 ff) – Incidentally, it is frequently claimed that mass executions were carried out in gas chambers cunningly disguised as shower facilities. Again the Report makes nonsense of this allegation. “Not only the washing places, but installations for baths, showers and laundry were inspected by the delegates. They had often to take action to have fixtures made less primitive, and to get them repaired or enlarged” (Vol. III, p. 594).

Not All were Interned

Volume III of the Red Cross Report, Chapter 3 (I. Jewish Civilian Population) deals with the “aid given to the Jewish section of the free population,” and this chapter makes it quite plain that by no means all of the European Jews were placed in internment camps, but remained, subject to certain restrictions, as part of the free civilian population. This conflicts directly with the “thoroughness” of the supposed “extermination programme”, and with the claim in the forged Höss memoirs that Eichmann was obsessed with seizing “every single Jew he could lay his hands on.”

In Slovakia, for example, where Eichmann’s assistant Dieter Wisliceny was in charge, the Report states that “A large proportion of the Jewish minority had permission to stay in the country, and at certain periods Slovakia was looked upon as a comparative haven of refuge for Jews, especially for those coming from Poland. Those who remained in Slovakia seem to have been in comparative safety until the end of August 1944, when a rising against the German forces took place. While it is true that the law of May 15th, 1942 had brought about the internment of several thousand Jews, these people were held in camps where the conditions of food and lodging were tolerable, and where the internees were allowed to do paid work on terms almost equal to those of the free labour market” (Vol. I, p. 646). . . Conspirator’s HIERARCHY: The Story of the Committee of 300
Our editorial to Newsletter #582 stated: “If one knows what is really happening one knows what is going to happen. Newsletter #583 mentioned several goals allegedly discussed last month at the Bilderberger convention. These same goals are identified in the following extract from Dr. Coleman’s book in which he states: “Much of these goals, which I first enumerated in 1969, have since been achieved or are well on their way to being achieved.” I believe you will recognize them as current news, confirming history is not happenstance: history is pre-planned.

In the Committee of 300, which has a 150-year history, we have some of the most brilliant intellects assembled to form a completely totalitarian, absolutely controlled “new” society only it isn’t new, having drawn most of its ideas from the Clubs of Cultus Diabolicus. It strives toward a One World Government rather well described by one of its late members, H. G. Wells, in his work commissioned by the Committee which Wells boldly called: “The Open Conspiracy: Plans for a World Revolution.”

It was a bold statement of intent, but not really so bold since nobody believed Wells except the Great Superior Ones, the Anenherbes and those who were what we would call “insiders” today. Here is an extract of what Wells proposed:

“The Open Conspiracy will appear first, I believe as a conscious organization of intelligent, and in some cases wealthy men, as a movement having distinct social and political aims, confessedly ignoring most of the existing apparatus of political control, or using it only as an incidental implement in the stages, a mere movement of a number of people in a certain direction, who will presently discover, with a sort of a surprise, the common object toward which they are all moving. In all sorts of ways, they will be influencing and controlling the ostensible government.”

Like George Orwell’s “1984”, Wells’ account is a mass-appeal for a One World Government. Summarized, the intent and purpose of the Committee of 300 is to bring to pass the following conditions:

A One World Government and one-unit monetary system under permanent non- elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.

There will be no middle class, only rulers and servants. All laws will be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and a One World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where no national boundaries shall exist. The system will be on the basis of a welfare state; those who are obedient and subservient to the One World Government will be rewarded with the means to live; those who are rebellious will simply be starved to death or be declared outlaws, thus a target for anyone who wishes to kill them. Privately owned firearms or weapons of any kind will be prohibited.

Only one religion will be allowed and that will be in the form of a One World Government Church, which has been in existence since 1920, as we shall see. Satanism, Luciferianism and Witchcraft shall he recognized as legitimate One World Government curricula with no private or church schools. All Christian churches have already been subverted and Christianity will be a thing of the past in the One World Government.

To induce a state where there is no individual freedom or any concept of liberty surviving, there shall be no such thing as republicanism, sovereignty or rights residing with the people. National pride and racial identity shall be stamped out and in the transition phase it shall be subject to the severest penalties to even mention one’s racial origin.

Each person shall be fully indoctrinated that he or she is a creature of the One World Government with an identification number clearly marked on their person so as to be readily accessible, which identifying number shall be in the master file of the NATO computer in Brussels, Belgium, subject to instant retrieval by any agency of the One World Government at any time. The master Files of the CIA, FBI, state and local police agencies, IRS, FEMA, Social Security shall be vastly expanded and form the basis of personal records of all individuals in the United States.

Marriage shall be outlawed and there shall be no family life as we know it. Children will be removed from their parents at an early age and brought up by wards as state property. Such an experiment was carried out in East Germany under Erich Honnecker when children were take away from parents considered by the state to be disloyal citizens. Women will he degraded through the continued process of “women’s liberation” movements. Free sex shall be mandatory.

Failure to comply at least once by the age of 20 shall be punishable by severe reprisals against her person. Self-abortion shall be taught and practiced after two children are born to a woman; such records shall be contained in the personal file of each woman in the One World Government’s regional computers. If a woman falls pregnant after she has previously given birth to two children, she shall be forcibly removed to an abortion clinic for such an abortion and sterilization to be carried out.

Pornography shall be promoted and be compulsory showing in every theater of cinema, including homosexual and lesbian pornography. The use of “recreational” drugs shall be compulsory, with each person allotted drug quotas which can be purchased at One World Government stores throughout the world.

Mind control drugs will be expanded and usage become compulsory. Such mind control drugs shall be given in food and/or water supplies without the knowledge and/or consent of the people. Drug bars shall be set up, run by One World Government employees, where the slave-class shall be able to spend their free time. In this manner the non-elite masses will be reduced to the level and behavior of controlled animals with no will of their own and easily regimented and controlled.

The economic system shall be based upon the ruling oligarchical class allowing just enough foods and services to be produced to keep the mass slave labor camps going. All wealth shall be aggregated in the hands of the elite members of the Committee of 300. Each individual shall be indoctrinated to understand that he or she is totally dependent upon the state for survival. The world shall be ruled by Committee of 300 Executive Decrees which become instant law. Boris Yeltsin is using Committee of 300 decrees to impose the Committee’s will on Russia as a trial run. Courts of punishment and not courts of justice shall exist.

Industry is to be totally destroyed along with nuclear powered energy systems. Only the Committee of 300 members and their elitists shall have the right to any of the earth’s resources. Agriculture shall be solely in the hands of the Committee of 300 with food production strictly controlled. As these measures begin to take effect, large populations in the cities shall be forcibly removed to remote areas and those who refuse to go shall be exterminated in the manner of the One World Government experiment carried out by Pol Pot in Cambodia.

Euthanasia for the terminally ill and the aged shall be compulsory. No cities shall be larger than a predetermined number as described in the work of Kalgeri. Essential workers will be moved to other cities if the one they are in becomes overpopulated. Other non-essential workers will be chosen at random and sent to underpopulated cities to fill “quotas.”

At least 4 billion “useless eaters” shall be eliminated by the year 2050 by means of limited wars, organized epidemics of fatal rapid-acting diseases and starvation. Energy, food and water shall be kept at subsistence levels for the non-elite, starting with the White populations of Western Europe and North America and then spreading to other races. The population of Canada, Western Europe and the United States will be decimated more rapidly than on other continents, until the world’s population reaches a manageable level of 1 billion, of which 500 million will consist of Chinese and Japanese races, selected because they are people who have been regimented for centuries and who are accustomed to obeying authority without question.

From time to time there shall be artificially contrived food and water shortages and medical care to remind the masses that their very existence depends on the goodwill of the Committee of 300.

After the destruction of housing, auto, steel and heavy goods industries, there shall be limited housing, and industries of any kind allowed to remain shall be under the direction of NATO’s Club of Rome as shall all scientific and space exploration development, limited to the elite under the control of the Committee of 300. Space weapons of all former nations shall be destroyed along with nuclear weapons.

All essential and non-essential pharmaceutical products, doctors, dentists and health care workers will be registered in the central computer data bank and no medicine or medical care will he prescribed without express permission of regional controllers responsible for each city, town and village.

The United States will be flooded by peoples of alien cultures who will eventually overwhelm White America, people with no concept of what the United States Constitution stands for and who will, in consequence, do nothing to defend it, and in whose minds the concept of liberty and justice is so weak as to matter little. FOOD and shelter shall be the main concern.

No central bank save the Bank of International Settlement and the World Bank shall be allowed to operate. Private banks will be outlawed. Remuneration for work performed shall be under a uniform predetermined scale throughout the One World Government. There shall be no wage disputes allowed, nor any diversion from the standard uniform scales of pay laid down by the One World Government. Those who break the law will be instantly executed.

There shall be no cash or coinage in the hands of the non-elite. All transactions shall be carried out by means of a debit card which shall bear the identification number of the holder. Any person who in any way infringes the rules and regulations of the Committee of 300 shall have the use of his or her card suspended for varying times according to the nature and severity of the infringement.

Such persons will find, when they go to make purchases, that their card is blacklisted and they will not be able to obtain services of any kind. Attempts to trade “old” coins, that is to say silver coins of previous and now defunct nations, shall be treated as a capital crime subject to the death penalty. All such coinage shall be required to be surrendered within a given time along with guns, rifles, explosives and automobiles. Only the elite and One World Government high-ranking functionaries will be allowed private transport, weapons, coinage and automobiles.

If the offense is a serious one, the card will be seized at the checking point where it is presented. Thereafter, that person shall not be able to obtain food, water, shelter and employment medical services, and shall be officially listed as an outlaw.

Large bands of outlaws will thus be created and they will live in regions that best afford subsistence, subject to being hunted down and shot on sight. Persons assisting outlaws in any way whatsoever, shall likewise be shot. Outlaws who fail to surrender to the police or military after a declared period of time, shall have a former family member selected at random to serve prison terms in their stead.

Rival factions and groups such as Arabs and Jews and African tribes shall have differences magnified and will be allowed to wage wars of extermination against each other under the eyes of NATO and U.N. observers. The same tactics will be used in Central and South America. These wars of attrition shall take place BEFORE the take-over of the One World Government and shall be engineered on every continent where large groups of people with ethnic and religious differences live, such as the Sikhs, Moslem Pakistanis and the Hindu Indians. Ethnic and religious differences shall be magnified and exacerbated and violent conflict as a means of “settling” their differences shall be encouraged and fostered.

All information services and print media shall be under the control of the One World Government. Regular brainwashing control measures shall be passed off as “entertainment” in the manner in which it was practiced and became a fine art in the United States. Youths removed from “disloyal parents,” shall receive special education designed to brutalize them. Youth of both sexes shall receive training to qualify as prison guards for the One World labor camp system. . . Predestinated unto the Adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to Himself – Part II

Introducing himself as “an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God,” Paul wrote “to the saints who are at Ephesus, and [also] to the faithful in Christ Jesus”—saints such as yourself, who although not at Ephesus, would read his letter to the Ephesian saints. The appellation “saints” designates not merely a hoped for goal but an existing relationship into which the individual has been placed and irrevocably established (Ephesians 4:30), is (continually) washed by revelation of the Word made blood and renewed by the Spirit whereby he is separated from the world and consecrated to God (Ephesians 1:1).

Paul was writing to individuals who had been called according to God’s eternal purpose, predestinated to glory according to His foreknowledge, renewed by His Spirit having received His call, adopted or placed in their unique position in the Body, and transformed into written epistles of what Peter called the “present Truth.” So we see that Spiritual adoption is quite different to natural adoption. Whereas the latter is a term in man-made law for the act of creating the legal relationship of parent and child when it did not exist naturally, God’s national adoption of Israel and His Spiritual adoption of the Church is the outworking of His immutable foreknowledge placing elect individuals into their position in His eternal Word as it unfolds into time and matter, fulfilling the purpose of His will by gathering glory to Him, and as part of His glory is itself glorified.

Romans 11:36, “For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory for ever! Amen”.

Spiritual adoption places the elect individual into God’s Word and places or manifests His Word in time and matter as the inspired letter engraved in Paul’s heart unfolds and is transformed into Living Bibles of the lives of God’s elect whereby it is “known and read by all men,” sinner or saint, “their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the meanwhile accusing or else excusing one another” (Romans 2:15).

National adoption, the relationship God was pleased to establish between Himself and natural Israel in preference to all other nations, was not inclusive of every one born of the sexual union of an Israelite man and wife, for non-Israelites were also adopted into the nation and became partakers of the Covenants of promise since the promise was by grace through faith, not by good deeds or works of the Law. The Israel nation will ultimately consist exclusively of an election of individuals foreknown and placed by God; among them will be many non-Israelites by birth such as Moses’ Hamitic wife and generations of proselytes prior to those who attended the feast in Jerusalem on the birth day of the Christian Church (Acts 2:9-11). Most of the Old Testament saints were non-Semitic Gentiles: Adam, Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ruth and Joseph’s Hamitic wife Asenath were certainly not Israelites, and all but two of the adults who set forth on the exodus were blotted from the Book of Life when they blasphemed the Spirit at Kadesh “For they are not all Israel, who are of Israel” (Exodus 32:33; Psalm 95:10-11; John 6:49; Hebrews 3:15-19; 6:4-8; Romans 9:6). The Covenant of Law that binds the nation until the midst of Daniel’s Seventieth Week is of no effect outside the Promised Land, so it is clearly spiritual insanity and a virtual death wish for any one to impersonate or desire to be a natural Israelite so long as the Gentile dispensation of unmerited favour is open to “whomsoever” of Adam’s race will receive it, else they too are rejecting the Spirit!

By natural descent every child of Adam is a child of God (Luke 3:38; Job 1:6), but He recognizes as His very own Sons only an election, foreknown, chosen from the foundation of the world, born of His Spirit and adopted or placed in authority because they are proven to reflect the likeness of His Character. While it is true that until the Good News was published on the day of Pentecost “we [Gentiles] were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the Covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world” (Ephesians 2:12), nonetheless Christians predestinated to adoption from the foundation of the world were Sons, yet they could not be placed or recognized as Sons until the grace of Calvary was preached that they might receive the Spirit of adoption and new birth by faith (Romans 8:15; I John 3:2).

Jesus Messiah was the last Adam, He was not the last Shem, and so an Israelite who is not filled with the Spirit of Christ is no different to any man in Adam’s race: not elect, and “not Israel.” I Peter 1:9-12, “As the outcome of your faith you obtain the salvation of your souls. About this salvation the [Israelite] prophets who prophesied of the grace intended for you [Gentiles] diligently inquired and researched to find out to whom or to what time the Spirit of Christ which was within them pointed, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you [Gentiles], in the things which have now been announced to you by those who have preached the Good News to you through the Holy Ghost sent from heaven; things into which the angels [or ministers] desire to look into”.

There are two classes of people: those who have the Seal of God and those who have the mark of the beast. The Seal of God is the baptism with the Holy Ghost, which is the new birth and adoption. To reject the Spirit, which is the unforgivable sin, is to have the mark of the beast, which is the mark of apostasy. Jewish cults in sheep’s clothing claim that the Seal of God is observing the sabbath day commanded to Israel alone. Yet no Israelite can observe the sabbath outside Palestine, where even the Covenant of the Law is of no effect. Paul said, “you were Sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise after you believed [the Gospel] . . . whereby you are Sealed unto the day of your redemption [or full adoption]” NOT by observing “the sabbath days, which are a shadow of things to come” (Acts 2:38; 19:2; Ephesians 1:13; 4:30; Colossians 2:16-17; Galatians 4). Israelites have observed their sabbath day since Sinai yet neither Moses nor any elect was Sealed by the Spirit of promise under their conditional Covenant of works. And in all the pages of the Bible there is no record of Christians observing the sabbath or any special day. An Israelite is but a member of God’s servant nation and may be dismissed at any time despite observing a sabbath day, as the whole nation has been under Gentile rule since 606BC and dismissed from God’s Presence since Calvary. Christians on the other hand, whether they be individual Israelites or Gentiles, “are Sons, and because we are Sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba, Father” (Galatians 4:6).

John 1:11-13, “Jesus Messiah came to Israel, and His own received Him not. But as many [in Adam’s race] as received Him, to them He gave authority [by grace through faith in the revealed Word for their day] to become the Sons of God, that is, to those who believe in His Name: who owe their new birth neither to human blood nor to physical urge, nor to human design, (as the British Israelite/Christian Identity people mistakenly claim), but to God,” as Paul was “an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God” (Ephesians 1:1).

In 1963 Jesus Messiah came to Christendom but those who claimed to be “His own received Him not”: since then He has been knocking on church doors. God is no respecter of persons and as He never changes His ways, the Old Testament is a type of the New. The elders who followed Moses out of Egypt were justified under the Cloud and baptized in the Red Sea, they ate bread from heaven, drank water from the rock and were sanctified by forty years of wilderness wandering, kept the sabbath; but unbelief prevented their adoption or placement naturally in the Promised Land or Spiritually in God and they are LOST (I Corinthians 10:1-11; Hebrews 3:15-19). The generation that followed Brother Branham out of Laodicea was also justified, sanctified and partook of God’s miracles, but has wandered in a Spiritual wilderness quoting the “letter” of what the tapes say without entering into Christ, and will perish in the tribulation.

The Laodicean saints like many of Moses’ followers such as Miriam, Aaron and Hur who were no doubt saints, will receive their inheritance via the grave because their part of the Body was not predestinated to receive the fullness of the Word as required of Christ’s end-time Bride who will manifest that they are the Sons of God when God honours their spoken Word in the ‘third pull’.

We are now in the third exodus. In the first exodus the Pillar of Fire led Israel out from Egyptian bondage, in the second exodus the Pillar of Fire led the Church out from bondage to the Law, and in the third exodus the Pillar of Fire is leading the Bride out from bondage to the world church system. Moses was a perfect type of the church organization that failed God: when he smote the Rock a second time instead of speaking the Word, he took glory to himself. And when Laodicea clung to its substitute creeds instead of receiving the Spoken Word of God’s end-time Message it crucified Christ afresh (Hebrews 6:4-6; Revelation 3:20). As Moses led the children of Israel to their inheritance and saw the land from mount Nebo but did not enter, Brother Branham led the saints to their inheritance, saw the land beyond the river but did not enter and was gathered to his people.

Joshua was the new leader who took Israel across the river and placed the tribes in their inheritance in the promised land. Joshua types our new Leader, the Son of man, who led us over the breach of Revelation 4 and 5, as illustrated on the diagram below, into the Capstone after Laodicea and the death of Brother Branham who defined the inheritance of the Church Age saints (Revelation 3-4).

Joshua 1:1-9, “Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass, that the Lord said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, Moses My servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you, and this whole nation of Israel, into the land which I give them. Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread I have given you, as I said to Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, even to the great Western sea. No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life: as I was with Moses, I will be with you: I will never fail you, nor will I forsake you.”

“Be strong and of a good courage: for you will cause this people to inherit the land which I vowed to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the Law which Moses My servant commanded you: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper everywhere you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may be careful to do according to all that is written therein: for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be dismayed: for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go”.

After Moses died, Joshua and Caleb led the saints to their inheritance. Joshua types the Holy Spirit who was with Brother Branham in the office of Son of man in his Elijah ministry. Brother Branham said, “The Elijah of this day is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is to come according to Luke 17:30. The Son of man is to reveal Himself among His people: not a man, God. But it’ll come through a prophet” (Trying to do God a Service without His Will, p. 33:212). Like Jesus, Joshua’s name means “Jehovah Saviour”; he was true to the Message of the Prophet Moses, revealing what his “tapes” said, and he kept the Token on display. Caleb, who faithfully obeyed in all Joshua commanded, types Christ’s end-time Bride as we follow our new Leader, Christ, the Son of man. And as we will see, the Book of Ephesians parallels the Book of Joshua.

Canaan, where there were wars and the placing of the tribes in their inheritance, types neither the Millennium nor heaven. Canaan types the dispensation of the fullness of times (or Church Ages) after Laodicea in this present holy convocation of the fiftieth day of the antitype of the Pentecostal feast (Ephesians 1:10). This is the dispensation of “full adoption” in which the end-time Bride is “coming into the unity of the faith . . . for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the first resurrection” when together with the Church Age saints we will be gathered into Christ “in whom we too have obtained an inheritance, foreordained according to the purpose of God who accomplishes all things after the counsel of His own will: that we who first trusted in Christ should bring praise to His glory. In Him you also, after listening and recognizing your day and its Message, have as believers in Him been sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, which is the guarantee of our inheritance until the “full adoption,” which is the redemption of our body in glorified form, to the praise of His glory” (Ephesians 1:11-14).

So Canaan types our time of overcoming by the Holy Spirit to take our rightful inheritance as we “took the Book out of the hand of the Angel [Christ, the Son on Man who stood upon the sea and upon the earth], saying “Give me the little Book,” which is the Title Deed to all that Adam forfeited (Revelation 10:8-11). The Son of man ministry placed our inheritance as defined in An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages and The Revelation of the Seven Seals. Now since we know our place is in the Capstone of the Body we will not trespass the inheritance received centuries ago by the Lutheran, Presbyterian and Anglican saints; usurp the bequest the Methodists and Baptists entered last century, or the inheritance allotted to the Pentecostals which they are entering via the grave. We must “be strong and very courageous” with the Token on display, holding the Sword of the revealed Word in the strong hand of faith at the throat of the enemy—in particular the worldly nature on our mortal spirit and corruptible flesh— for there is a war in heaven, and very soon Satan will be cast down to earth with his earthly angels [as their names are removed from the Book of Life] to fight Christ’s end-time Bride.

As we are all one baptized into one Body, the sleeping PART-Word saints cannot be perfected, or glorified without us. They are waiting for you and me to have the Token on display and find that last elect (I Corinthians 12:13; Hebrews 11:39-41). Paul wrote, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3). “Heavenly places” is the believer’s position in Christ, and as the above diagram shows, the Body is divided into nine places: below the breach between the Ages of PART-Word and the revelation of the Seven Seals—”that which is perfect” (I Corinthians 13:10)—are Alpha or Pentecost where the saints received the Word of God, pure and undefiled, and seven Church Ages of PART-Word mixed with human reasoning; above the breach is the Omega dispensation, this present holy convocation in which the apostolic Alpha faith has been restored (Malachi 4:5-6; Matthew 17:11) and the mystery of God is finished (Revelation 10:7).

The revelation of the Seven Seals enable Christ’s end-time Bride to be adopted into her place, sealing the Breach between the PART-Word saints by joining Christ our Head to His Body incarnate in the Capstone Bride. This perfect Body will be waved for acceptation as two loaves baked with leaven at the manifestation of the Sons of God and first resurrection (Leviticus 23:15-21; John 17:21-26; Romans 8:19; I Corinthians 13:10; 15:46-57). Christ’s mediation for the PART-Word saints ignorance of the fulness of the Word “was done away” when the last member of the Seventh Church Age was baptized into the Body prior to the revelation of the Seals. Since the Capstone is joined to the Body by a perfect revelation of the Word there is no longer any breach between the Church Age saints and Christ’s end-time Bride. However without the revelation of the Seals “there is a great gulf fixed: so that denominational believers cannot pass [from the world church system into Christ]” as Lazarus could not pass from Paradise to the rich man in torment, nor the rich man to Lazarus (Luke 16:26).

In essence your inheritance and sonship were determined before the foundation of the world when the self-existant God alone with His thoughts placed your name in the Lamb’s Book of Life. He foresaw you as part of the Logos crucified in the Logos when in the fullness of time Jesus was born by the virgin and paid sin’s price as your Kinsman Redeemer (Revelation 13:8). Ephesians 1:4-7, “God has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless in His Presence. In love He predestined us in Jesus Christ to be His Sons, according to the kind intent of His will, to the praise of His glorious grace with which He has freely favoured us in union with the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace”.

Our inheritance is God choosing us in Him and predestinating Jesus Christ to take our sins upon His shoulders and shed His Blood that we should have no condemnation, and say without “please” or “thank you,” “Give me the little Book!” It is all of grace so that “if [the unredeemed] wilfully sin [or disbelieve the revealed Word] after they have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries” (Romans 8:1; Hebrews 10:26-27).

Your inheritance is predestinated by God: your name can never be removed from the Lamb’s Book of Life, and you will be adopted or placed because you are predestinated to eternal Life. Heavens and earth will pass away, or change, but your name will remain. Brother Branham said, “You think cancer is something? The Bible said there’s coming a time when men will rot right in their flesh, and the buzzards will eat off of carcasses before they even die. Cancer’s a toothache to what’s a coming. But, remember, that horrible thing was forbidden in that day to touch those who had the Seal of God. That’s what we’re striving for now, to get in and be positionally placed into the Kingdom of God before these horrible plagues strike” (Adoption Part IV, p. 115:88).

Our hope is anchored on faith, which is the mind of God in you by a clear understanding of His revealed Word. Paul prayed for us in this dispensation of adoption “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” The ministry of the seventh angel revealed the mystery of the Seven Thunders of Revelation 10 which are the revelations contained in the Seven Seals that have restored the apostolic faith and finished the mystery of God. His exposition of Genesis 14, Ephesians 1 and Hebrews 7 declare Christ is the mystery of God revealed in virgin-born flesh, and the Bride of all Ages is the mystery of Christ revealed in a many-membered Body, proving: “Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and dies, it abides alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.”

This spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him has “flooded our hearts with Light to know the hope to which we are called, and what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints” (Ephesians 1:19). Paul went on to explain how the same resurrection power that in response to His faith, raised Jesus from death to eternal Life and translated Him to the right hand of God on high, will respond to our faith, raising those who have fallen asleep and changing “we who are alive and remain” into glorified bodies like His own glorious body, only without death. This is “full adoption,” for we are predestinated unto the adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to God Himself. nl584.htm

Doctors warn: avoid Genetically Modified Foods
May 30, 2009 – On May 19th, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) called on “Physicians to educate their patients, the medical community, and the public to avoid GM (genetically modified) foods when possible and provide educational materials concerning GM foods and health risks.” They called for a moratorium on GM foods, long-term independent studies, and labeling. AAEM’s position paper stated, “Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with GM food,” including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system. They conclude, “There is more than a casual association between GM foods and adverse health effects. There is causation,” as defined by recognized scientific criteria. “The strength of association and consistency between GM foods and disease is confirmed in several animal studies.”

More and more doctors are already prescribing GM-free diets. Dr. Amy Dean, a Michigan internal medicine specialist, and board member of AAEM says, “I strongly recommend patients eat strictly non-genetically modified foods.” Ohio allergist Dr. John Boyles says “I used to test for soy allergies all the time, but now that soy is genetically engineered, it is so dangerous that I tell people never to eat it. . .”

In India, animals graze on cotton plants after harvest. But when shepherds let sheep graze on Bt cotton plants, thousands died. Post mortems showed severe irritation and black patches in both intestines and liver (as well as enlarged bile ducts). Investigators said preliminary evidence “strongly suggests that the sheep mortality was due to a toxin. . . . most probably Bt-toxin.” In a small follow-up feeding study by the Deccan Development Society, all sheep fed Bt cotton plants died within 30 days; those that grazed on natural cotton plants remained healthy.

In a small village in Andhra Pradesh, buffalo grazed on cotton plants for eight years without incident. On January 3rd, 2008, the buffalo grazed on Bt cotton plants for the first time. All 13 were sick the next day; all died within 3 days. Bt corn was also implicated in the deaths of cows in Germany, and horses, water buffaloes, and chickens in The Philippines. . .

The only published human feeding study revealed what may be the most dangerous problem from GM foods. The gene inserted into GM soy transfers into the DNA of bacteria living inside our intestines and continues to function. This means that long after we stop eating GMOs, we may still have potentially harmful GM proteins produced continuously inside of us. When Lending to the US Treasury stops, it’s Game Over
President Obama is facing the takeover of two of the biggest economic entities in the world—California and GM—with another entity, the US Treasury, which relies totally on foreign borrowing for its continued viability. When lending to the US Treasury stops, it’s game over. . . The collapse of the US real estate collateral foundation continues. After the rally, another fall on US stock markets lies waiting. The economy has already fallen out from under the markets as seen in the unemployment rates. These events have torn the heart out of the tax revenue of all levels of US government. With a few exceptions, the immense government bureaucracies are almost the same size they were before the crisis began. They have experienced little unemployment while their “livelihood”—their taxes—are falling out from under them. Without taxes, all bureaucracies face their demise. . . No bureaucracy can effectively fund itself. That is why it needs taxes to keep operating. These taxes have to come from the civil and private economy. Further, no bureaucrat really pays taxes because his entire wage or salary IS taxes.

In a land where freedom reigns, the only place where any individual man or woman encounters the State is in a courtroom. Both the government and the State (the sum total of government agencies) are LIMITED. There are seventeen delegated powers stated in the Constitution of the United States. THAT IS ALL. There are NO others. Any attempt by Congress or the Executive or both to exceed these delegated powers is UN-Constitutional. But US bureaucracy today is under no such restriction once Congress has voted an agency into existence and then voted the funds necessary for it to function. Once established and funded, the bureaucracy seeks to expand. Internal promotion and increased funding is a lot easier to get in an expanding bureaucracy than in a stagnating one. What follows next is critical. The new bureaucratic agency acquires a “sub-legislative” power. It gains the power to issue regulations! In order to have these regulations enforced, it gains the power to issue fines for non-compliance. With that, we enter the labyrinth of ADMINISTRATIVE law. Unelected bureaucrats sit in their offices having in their hands the same power as an elected body of legislators. The only difference is that they issue “regulations” funded from the legislature which established the bureaucracy and from fines and fees gained from licenses, permits etc. The private, civil economy pays of ALL of this.

President Obama, as an experienced politician, knows that to achieve his aims he has to act through the standing Federal Public Service. Knowing this, he has decided to make its inherent drive to expand coincide with his own. The joint aim is to rule. What millions of Americans are observing right in front of their eyes is the direct political takeover of their nation by their bureaucracies as “led” by their President. Ultimately, that is Totalitarianism by another name, in this case it’s called “change”. . .

The US itself is today the world’s biggest international debtor nation. It is living week by week on the inflow of foreign funds. May 28, 2009 – A gold-backed yuan currency would surely cause massive disruption in a climax merger of events. The barter system set up between Russia and Europe will bypass the US$-based settlement system, as will the barter system set up between Russia and China. The avoidance of contract settlement in US Dollars would result in extreme disruption to the global banking system. The creditor nations are plotting to organize and launch alternative currencies, maybe to fortify existing currencies (like the euro or yuan or ruble) with a gold component, maybe also with a crude oil component. A challenge to the US Dollar by asset-backed currencies would result in extreme disruption to the global banking system. Here is a summary of Feder’s Manifesto for the Abolition of Interest Slavery (presented in Public Debate in Wagner Hall, Munich, April 11, 1921, p. 111-112). 5) We demand specifically that the economic independence and future of Bavaria not be jeopardized by the assignment of our priceless natural resource, waterpower, to private finance capital.

6) We demand that the State undertake the development of water resources by utilizing our own labor resources. The State should create the necessary monetary instruments through its own financial authority. These instruments will be covered by income from the power plants that are built.

7) We demand that the State use its national assets and taxing power for productive undertakings, not to provide necessary collateral for borrowing money.

8) We demand restrictions on the raising of capital by corporations. Joint stock corporations should use their profits to increase their productive capacity and nothing else. They should not be allowed to pay unprecedented dividends while at the same time assuming unprecedented debt. These massive amounts of new (borrowed) money represent more debt, demanding additional interest that can only lead to increased inflation

The Federation rejects the imputation that its demands are “utopian” and “designed to spread unrest among the people.” The recovery of our national economy can be achieved only by discontinuing national debt service, is vitally important for everyone. Therefore, it is not “utopian.” Whatever public unrest exists is created by the opponents of economic recovery and by no one else. It is true that individual selfish interests will be harmed here and there, but discontinuation of interest payments is a necessary act that can no more be avoided than can a life-saving operation be avoided on account of the associated discomfort.

The Federation insists that the national economic crisis demands a solution! The havoc wreaked by our financial policies is affecting the entire nation! These failed policies aggravate all our social problems. At present, our government cannot satisfy the private need for credit. An effective program would entail a complete abolition of interest, for which there is historical precedent. At present, interest rates are left to the unrestricted demands of the lenders.

A solution to the present crisis can be found only by requiring the lender to share risk as well as profit. The lender should not receive a blanket guarantee on investment plus other ever-increasing charges plus the constant unearned growth of wealth through fixed interest.

The Federation proposes the liberation of all Western nations from their stupendous indebtedness. The abolition of interest slavery is the necessary prerequisite for the solution of ever country’s crisis, not just Germany’s crisis. We have proposed a plan to end the titanic struggle now raging between Labor and Capital in favor of the freedom to work and produce. Our plan shows how to accomplish this without undermining the acquisition of wealth through individual effort, industriousness and intellectual achievement.

Only by abolishing interest slavery can Germany achieve reconciliation in a nation torn by class conflict. Sixty years to the day before 9/11, a courageous voice spoke out against America’s pre-planned entry into World War II. Sources from GATA (the Gold Anti-Trust Action committee) report growing distress for participants in the COMEX gold contracts, where a commercial party is very short and in deep trouble. They have sold more gold bullion than they can deliver. They are likely one of the big banks who violate the law with impunity, with US Government-sanctioned protection. By that is meant they routinely do not post 90% of the metal as collateral that they illegally sell. This is naked shorting by any other name. There are reports of grave concern over the upcoming June gold option expiration. If too many deliveries are ordered, then the commercial shorts would be under stress for exposure for naked shorting. They will eventually be caught in a bind and default on contracts. . .

The Germans have demanded that gold bullion held in US custodial accounts be returned to their owners, with physical gold shipped back to Germany. The Dubai bankers have demanded that gold bullion held in London custodial accounts be returned to their owners, with physical gold shipped back to the United Arab Emirates. They are following the hired German counsel. In all likelihood, neither US nor London sources are in possession of all the gold held in those custodial accounts, since at least some of it probably was improperly leased. . .

China is the biggest gold producer in the world now, but none of its output is directed to the open market. Russia is a significant gold producer also, but none of its output is directed to the open market either. A near default occurred in early April from a close call to Deutsche Bank on 850 thousand ounces of gold. The tarnished bankers at D-Bank dug up over a million ounces on the quick from the ready Euro Central Bank mine shifts in the nick of time. Never ignore the basic fact that COMEX lies through its teeth about the gold bullion in its vaults, since audits do not occur, some is leased (replaced by paper certificates), and some is committed in some fashion to very wealthy parties (unavailable). Far less gold bullion rests in COMEX vaults than is advertised. All signals point to serious strain in COMEX gold supply.

Predestinated unto the Adoption of Sons by Jesus Christ to Himself – Part I

In the closing years of the Hebrew dispensation Jesus said, “Fear not those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul: but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in the lake of Fire” (Matthew 10:28). Jesus had empowered His twelve disciples by authorizing them to deliver the Word of Life that manifests what was spoken when received by a heart of faith: “Cast out evil spirits, heal every disease and infirmity” (Matthew 10:8). As Judas Iscariot was one of the twelve we see that this power and authority reside in the spoken Word Itself, not in human beings (Matthew 28:19). Jesus told the twelve not to debate unbelievers but to seek the elect. He also taught that the kingdom of God is not built with money but upon faith in the present Truth by which God will provide their necessities.

We are presently in the closing years of the Gentile dispensation. Once again Jesus has sent forth His disciples “as sheep in the midst of wolves,” with the admonition “be wise as serpents and harmless as doves,” dependent on the Spirit of the Lord rather than “might or power” that His strength might be made perfect by adding what is wanting in our weakness, thereby gathering glory to Himself (II Corinthians 12:9). Brother Branham forewarned that we will become a “little hunted and persecuted group,” hauled before magistrates, betrayed by kith and kin and hated by all men because of this Message, which completes the kingdom of God that “will break in pieces and consume” Satan’s worldly kingdoms, for as we identify with the Words of our Master we must expect to be treated with contempt as He was.

Finally Jesus encouraged those who would constitute the nucleus of the Christian Church and ourselves that so long as we abide in His Word we will triumph over all adversity and the least kindness toward us as His disciples will receive its reward. Brother Branham added, “If you have heard from your theophany [or guardian angel, you know you are elect and] need not fear those who can destroy your body, for they cannot kill the soul. However, if your name is on the Book of Life but not in the Lamb’s Book of Life, be sure to reverence the Lord who is able to utterly destroy both body and soul in Gehenna”.

The New Testament saints, whose names are in the Lamb’s Book of Life and elect in accordance with the foreknowledge of God the Father, will be consecrated by the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ, sprinkled with His blood and receive the Spirit of adoption that seals them into the Body until the redemption of their glorified physical body or full adoption (I Peter 1:2; Romans 8:15, 23; Ephesians 1:5; 4:30; I Corinthians 12:13). Before God made the world He chose us to be His very own: holy and blameless in His Presence, predestinated in love to the adoption of children through Jesus Christ in whom as Attributes of the Logos we died for our sins on Calvary and being raised in Him are already seated in heavenly places and cannot come under condemnation but have passed from death unto Life (Ephesians 1:4-5; II Corinthians 5:13-21; Romans 8:1-11; John 3:18; 5:24).

Natural Adoption

In the secular world, adoption is a term in law for the act of creating the legal relationship of parent and child when it did not exist naturally, as pharaoh’s daughter adopted Moses (Exodus 2:7-10); Mordecai Esther (Esther 2:10); Abraham Eliezar (as a slave was often in the East adopted as a son – Genesis 15:2-3); Sarai the son born by Hagar (Genesis 16:2-3); Leah and Rachael the children born of Zilpah and Bilhah, their handmaids respectively, who brought forth their children on the knees of the adoptive mother—an act representing the complete appropriation of the sons as equal in rights to those by the legitimate wife (Genesis 30:3-13). Jacob adopted as his own Joseph’s two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, on the same footing as Reuben and Simeon, his two elder sons (Genesis 48:5). Thereby he was able to give Joseph his favorite son more than his single share with his brothers of the paternal heritage (Genesis 48:8-20). And Mary, being the daughter of Heli, and Joseph her husband being adopted by him on marrying his daughter, an heiress (as appears from her going to Bethlehem to be registered in her pregnancy), Joseph is called “son of Heli” (Luke 3:23).

Under Roman law adoption followed due legal process wherein the child received the adopting father’s name, possessions, and family sacred rights as his heir at law. The father also was entitled to his son’s property, and was his absolute owner. Gratuitous love was generally the ground of the selection. Often a slave was adopted as a son. Even when not so, the son adopted was bought from the natural father. A son and heir often adopted brothers, admitting them to share his own privileges, which is the basis for John 8:34-36, “You [Pharisees] are slaves of sin, every one of you. A slave has no right of permanent tenure in the house: but the Son remains forever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.” The Hebrews, though not having exactly the same customs, were familiar with the Roman usage as we see in Hebrews 2:8-12, “As yet we do not see all things subjected to God (I Corinthians 15:28), but we do see Jesus, who for a little while was made lower than the angels [or theophanies of the saints] for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man [in Adam’s race]. For it befitted God, for whom and through whom the universe exists, in bringing many sons unto glory, to perfect the Leader of their salvation through sufferings. For the One who makes holy and those who are made holy all have one Father, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers, when He says, I will proclaim Your Name to My brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing Your praise” (Psalm 22:22). We were bought with a price and freed from the Law of sin and death (I Corinthians 6:20; 7:23; Ephesians 1:14; Galatians 5:1).

National Adoption

God adopted Israel as a nation (Exodus 4:22-23; Hosea 11:1), and that nation—all 144,000 elect Israelites will be born-again in one day (Isaiah 66:8). Paul declared, “I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my racial kinsmen who are Israelites. To them belongs the adoption as sons, and the glory, and the Covenants, and the giving of the Law, the worship and the promises” (Romans 9:3-4).

For the sake of the fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, “Israel was [to be] a holy people dedicated to the Lord God; He chose them out of all the nations of the earth to be His valued possession” (Deuteronomy 7:6). Unfortunately natural Israel overlooked the fact that His choosing pertained only to an election, “For they are not all Israel, who are of Israel.” The nation rejected grace and was placed under a conditional secondary covenant ministering death and condemnation under the Law of Moses (II Corinthians 3:7-9).

Speaking of the reunion of Israel and Judah with Himself when they are restored to the Promised Land in the first half of Daniel’s Seventieth Week, God said, “How shall I put Israel among My [adopted or placed] children [Christ’s Bride] and give you a pleasant land, the most beautiful heritage of all nations? And I said, You will call Me, “My Father,” and will not turn away from following Me” (Jeremiah 3:19). The question was, how shall one so long estranged from God as the whole nation of Israel has been, be restored to the privileges of adoption? The answer is, by pouring out upon them the Spirit of adoption whereby they will cry to God, “Father, Father” as the nation is re-born in one day (Isaiah 63:16; 64:8; 66:8; Hosea 3:4-5; Zechariah 12:10).

Whereas God deals with Israel as a nation and their one provided place of mutual meeting and sabbath observance is in the Promised Land, He deals with we Gentiles as individuals wherever we happen to be geographically, so long as we are in Christ Spiritually by a clear revelation of the present Truth, which is the Word for our day and our only place of rest.

Individual and Spiritual Adoption

In the Old Testament, when a son was proven to be mature, proficient in the family business, responsible and trusted to have the mind of his father in matters requiring decision, he would be dressed in a special robe and in an official ceremony of adoption conducted at a prominent place his father would announce to the community that from henceforth his son’s word is equal in authority to his own.

God took Jesus into Mount Transfiguration where He was transfigured “and His raiment was white as light.” Before three witnesses of the New Testament—Peter, James and John, and two witnesses of the Old Testament—Moses and Elijah, God announced: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; listen to Him.” In the near future, while the Church Age saints are being dressed in glorified flesh, what “we who are alive and remain” speak by inspiration in the manifestation of the Sons of God, He will do. God never changes His ways. The natural ceremony of adopting a son in the Old Testament established the type for Jesus, and His adoption is the type for His mystic Body, the Bride of all ages.

Individual and Spiritual adoption is an act of God’s grace originating in His eternal counsel of love “even as He has chosen us in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love: having predestinated us unto the adoption of sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good intent of His will” (Ephesians 1:4-5; Jeremiah 31:3) imparted by the invisible marriage union of His people by faith to Christ. John 1:12-13, “To as many as received Him and believed in His Name, He granted authority to become the Sons of God, who were re-born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God”.

Romans 8:11-16, “If the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give Life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit which dwells in you. It follows, brethren, that we are obligated, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh—for if you live according to the flesh, you will die: but if by the Spirit you mortify the deeds of the body, you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the Sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption. When we cry, “Abba, Father,” it is the Spirit bearing witness with our spirit, that we are God’s children”.

Galatians 3:26, “For you are all the children of God by faith in Jesus Christ.”

Galatians 4:4-7, “But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, in order to redeem those who were under the Law, that we [non-Israelites – (Hebrews 11:39-41)] might receive the adoption of Sons. And because you are Sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!” You are therefore no more a slave, but a Son; and if a Son, then an heir of God through Christ.” There it is. Jesus Christ came forth, died upon the cross, and accomplished Redemption (restoring to original owner by means of purchase, or paying the price) and thereby PLACED US AS SONS. He did not make us Sons, for we were already His Sons, but He placed us as Sons; for as long as we were in the world, in the flesh, we could not be recognized as His Sons. We were held captive by the Devil. But we were Sons, nonetheless. And hear this: “AND BECAUSE YOU ARE SONS, GOD HAS SENT FORTH THE SPIRIT OF HIS SON INTO YOUR HEARTS WHEREBY YOU CRY, FATHER, FATHER.” Upon whom did the Spirit fall at Pentecost? Sons. At Corinth? Upon Sons while they HEARD THE WORD” (William Branham, An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages, p. 153:1).

Those who are sons of the first Adam were always sons whose names were written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, which is his genealogy. And those who are Sons of God were always Sons whose names were written in the Lamb’s Book of Life from the foundation of the world, which is the Spiritual genealogy of the last Adam. A natural son or a race is called and trained in the expectation he will prove to be responsible, publicly acknowledged as such by his father and adopted or placed in equal authority. However, the son or race may fall short of expectations and fail to qualify, and his name, even a tribal name, may be removed from the Book of Life (as in Revelation 7 Dan and Ephraim are missing with Joseph and Levi substituted in their place). On the other hand the Sons of God are His children because God foreknew they would hear His Voice, recognize their day and its Message, be baptized into Christ and resurrected or translated at the end of the Age, which is the “full adoption.” Because they are Attributes of the Logos and always part of God, their names can never be removed from the Lamb’s Book of Life.

The Natural types the Spiritual

The slave (to sin), once forbidden to say father to the master, being adopted can use that endearing appellation as a free man. God is his Father, because He is Christ’s Father (John 20:17). Sealed by the Holy Spirit, the earnest of the future inheritance (Ephesians 1:13), producing the filial cry of prayer in all, Israelite and Gentile alike (Galatians 4:6); and the fruit of the Spirit, a life in conformity to Christ (Romans 8:29), renewed in knowledge after the image of God (Colossians 3:10), his privileges are God’s special love and favour (I John 3:1; Ephesians 5:1); union with God, so perfect hereafter that it shall correspond to the ineffable mutual union of faith in the revealed Word for which Jesus prayed in Gethsemane (John 17:23, 26); access to God with filial boldness (Romans 8:15, 26-27), not slavish fear such as generated by the Law, observing times and laws and sabbath days, when our destiny is eternity (Galatians 4:1-7); fatherly correction (Hebrews 12:5-8); provision and protection (Matthew 6:31-34; 10:29-30); and as the Bride and joint-heir with Christ, the inheritance of all things (Romans 8:17; I Peter 1:3-4; Revelation 21:7).

By creation all men in Adam’s race are sons of God (Luke 3:38; Acts 17:28, 29) but many are not adopted or placed by their earthly father. By foreknowledge every Christian is a Son of God and “those He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestinated He also called: and whom He called, He also justified: and whom He justified, He also glorified” (Romans 8:29-30). Because of election and predestination your “full adoption” is sure (Romans 8:31-39). Unlike natural adoption, Spiritual adoption is the not the introduction into the family of an unrelated child but Father God’s public acknowledgement of individual Sons “because you are sons” (Galatians 4:6).

The “full adoption” is the resurrection of the believer with a body like Christ’s glorious body. Romans 8:18-25, “I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the Sons of God, for the creation was subjected to frustration, not from choice but by the will of Him who subjected it in hope, because the creation itself will be liberated from its enslavement to decay into the glorious freedom of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation has been groaning and suffering agony together until now; and even we as Christians, who have the Spirit as firstfruits, even we groan inwardly as we wait for our full adoptive rights as His children, including the new bodies He has promised—bodies that will never be sick again and will never die. For in this hope we are saved: but hope that is seen is not hope: for who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience”.

Christ was a Son even in His humiliation; but He was only “designated the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness by His resurrection from the dead” or “full adoption” (Romans 1:4). Thereafter He is “the faithful Witness, the first born from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth” (Revelation 1:5). Hence Paul quotes Psalm 2:7, “You are My Son, this day have I begotten You” with reference to the day of His “full adoption.” Not that He only then became Son, but His Sonship was then openly vindicated by the Father’s raising Him from the dead (Matthew 17:9) for the justification of all of His elect (Acts 13:33-34; Romans 4:25).

Soon our Sonship will be openly vindicated: Romans 8:11, 19, “If the Spirit of God who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you . . . For the earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the Sons of God” during the resurrection or “full adoption” of the New Testament saints.

Our “full adoption” is now a reality, albeit a hidden reality. I John 3:1-3, “See, what wealth of love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called the Sons of God. And so we are. And the reason why the world does not know us, is because it did not know Him. Beloved, we are the sons of God right now, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And every one who has this hope in him purifies himself as He is pure”. nl583.htm
